Son balcon permet de profiter du soleil et de se détendre afin de passer de merveilleuses vacances tout en ayant une petite vue sur la mer. Remise et retour des clés sur La Rochelle.

Conforme a la description , proximite de la plage et assez proche du centre ville .
La situation de la residence , proche de la plage et pas trop eloigne du centre ville.parking sécurisé. Un ascenceur serait un plus pour pouvoir se deplacer avec des enfants en pousette,
