What a wonderful place. The apartment was clean and airy with a balcony to enjoy having a meal,glass of wine or coffee. Everything you need in the kitchenette apart from a frying pan and or a saucepan(just a huge cooking pot). Only down side is there isn't any Aircon in the room so it's very hard to sleep in the night- the mobile fan just moves the warm air around. Spa is wonderful!!! Our favourite place across our trip in Spain and France. Would visit again.

Great value spa hotel with good tourism nearby

Very nice, modern spa hotel with good sized rooms that are well equipped like a mini apartment, with kettle, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, dishwasher. It is reasonably priced for what you get and being a resident gives a discount for using the thermal spa facilities. I particularly enjoyed the hammam.

Un très bel hotel

L'hôtel est très beau, de grand standing. L'appartement est spacieux et bien équipé : vaisselle, machine à café, grille pain, micro onde et grand réfrigérateur. Les literies sont de qualité. Par contre il n'y a pas de climatisation, un bon ventilateur mais c'est trop juste pour tout l'appartement.

Un standard extrêmement difficile à joindre !

J'ai réservé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel, mais je n'ai jamais pu y passer une seule nuit ! À mon arrivée à 23h, personne n'était là pour m'accueillir. La standardiste ne m'a pas informé de la nécessité de prévenir en cas d'arrivée tardive, bien que cela soit indiqué dans les conditions de réservation. Il est en effet exigé de prévenir la réception avant 19h pour les arrivées tardives. Cependant, malgré mes appels le lendemain, personne n'a répondu pour prendre en compte ma demande !

Un beau cadre

Je ne sais si c'est un hôtel ou une résidence de location d'appartements meublés. L'appartement que nous avons loué est grand, confortable, propre, avec 2 grands balcons équipés de table et chaises (et une belle vue sur la ville et la campagne alentour). Il y a aussi une cuisine équipée mais il n'y a pas de ménage quotidien comme dans un hôtel. Il faut nettoyer la cuisine et vider sa poubelle pour éviter une facturation supplémentaire, comme dans un meublé. Un dépôt de garantie de 250€ est d'ailleurs demandé à l'arrivée. La salle de bain n'est pas adaptée à une personne ayant des problèmes de mobilité. La baignoire n'est pas antidérapante et il n'y a aucune barre de maintien. L'établissement propose, entre autres, des cures prévention santé en rhumatologie; j'espère que le logement proposé à ces curistes est mieux adapté. A noter qu'il n'y a pas de coffre-fort dans l'appartement et qu'il y a un grand parking extérieur (avec bornes de charge électrique) payant.

Hôtel confortable et agréable

Arrivée vers 18h nous avons pris le supplément spa à 29e par personne sachant qu'il fermait à 20h, confirmé avec l hotesse. A 19h l ensemble des jets se sont arrêté car quelqu'un a décidé de changer les filtres et ce n est jamais reparti....la personne qui surveillait le spa était tres embêtée. Un geste commercial aurait été bienvenu. Au petit déjeuner, j ai gentiment signalé à la serveuse que le beurre salé etait périmé. Quand elle en a ramené elle m a dit "il n y a que celui qui fait rien qui ne se trompe pas". Lors de notre arrivée, c était un peu panique à bord, car nous benificiions d une nuit gratuite ( nuit Rewards) et personne ne savait quoi faire. A part cela, l hôtel est confortable, agréable, tres bien situé. Le spa est propre, grand, bien organisé. Nous sommes prêts à revenir en espérant trouver un personnel plus compétent et plus professionnel.
