Le logement se trouve face au musée Hôtel-Dieu, à 1 minute du centre ville avec ses commerces et ses nombreux restaurants . L'appartement est tout équipé (micro-ondes, plaques induction, bouilloire, cafetière à filtres, grille pain, frigidaire, TV, machine à laver le linge, sèche-cheveux, fer et planche à repasser) ; les serviettes de bain et les draps sont fournis.
