The back of home is one of the most stunning views of all, featuring a newly custom built 3000 square-foot deck with a gazebo and seating area. From there you will have views of the very large 1 acre , stocked pond from the deck (during fall and winter ) you can see the mountain views behind the home with stunning adjacent properties , rolling hills and views for miles.
The homes is set on a Beautiful 10 acre lot with lots of variation of hills. You will see wildlife from the drive up and all around the property including deer and turkey. The kitchen is brand new featuring , an ice maker, wine fridge , large farm style deep sink and a gas stove / range featuring “leather” felt , granite. The back splash is made of the granite used on the countertops. All appliances are high-end, KitchenAid products.
The home has wall-to-wall custom , rustic , wood tile that blend it with all the other wood details of the home. You will see a very large wood beams that soar high above to enhance the chalet and window peaks of the home.
Lots of parking and home is shoe free so please remove shoes. We are a very clean and organized family and want to provide the very best to our guest. The home features lots of decor including lots of wildlife mounts that the owner has harvested on the property. There is NO HUNTING allowed by guests or shooting of any weapons at anytime. The property is gated and surveillance on the outside of home to insure safety and privacy.
We are located within a few minutes of UVA , within 10 min or less of some of the nicest wineries in Charlottesville and conveniently located to grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants and shopping.
