The only issue we had was that my son and his family got there a little after 4 and there were no cars in the driveway so he thought it was save to go in since check in was at 4. A car pulled in behind him and the woman started screaming at him telling him to move his car because she had to pick up the cleaning people. He had no idea anyone was there!

This a great location within walking distance to both a soft sand beach and a rocky beach, and a quick drive into downtown Charlevoix. I would check with the host in advance as to how many bath towels will be provided. We had 6 adults, 3 children, and two infants and were only given 8 towels & washcloths for our 5 night stay. We did laundry constantly so everyone had what they needed. We were also given very little handsoap and shampoo/conditioner, running out on day two.

Wonderful stay again this year. Seamless check in. Plenty of space. Kitchen has everything one would need. Used the grille multiple times. Enjoyed the hot tub. Kids scootered the neighborhood.

Perfect home for our family vacation. We had 6 adults and a 1 year old and we had plenty of space and privacy. The house is very clean and has plenty of great ammenities.Great location to Charlevoix and also Traverse City and Mackinac.

Charlevoix is so beautiful! The house is just as it's listed, fully outfitted and we did not want for anything. The beach is the best in the area, kept forgetting that this wasn't the ocean! Owner is super communicative, small issue with hot tub that was immediately resolved. Highly recommend for a family vacation, the kids all want to come back to exactly this house

Perfect home, in a perfect area for family gatherings

This beautiful home nestled in a quiet neighborhood is located near everything that makes northern Michigan the special place that it is. The host has made sure the home is well stocked in all ways. The kitchen is fully equipped which made preparing meals so easy. The host provides excellent communication and is attentive to details. I highly recommend this property. Just what we needed.

The house was a perfect spot for the Castle Farms wedding we attended. Really appreciated the kitchen countertops!!! So much room to spread out. It was also nice to have the attached room. My nephew was able to have his own entrance and bathroom. Note: The ensuite can be accessed either from the outside or through the garage. My only negative was the amount of leaves while getting in. Granted, it was fall, but the pile to the front door was WAY too much.

Great home, great location

Two families, 5 kids total 11 and under. The home was wonderful. The quiet neighborhood and proximity to Mt. McSauba recreation area made this a perfect stay for us. We loved the beach time. We loved the walks through the woods. We loved the lack of crowds. The kids could play and scooter through the neighborhood with little worry of cars. A great place for a family vacation.

Secluded hideaway

We just wrapped up a great stay with our adult children and their spouses. The house is in a fantastic location. You can bike the neighborhood with almost no traffic, and can connect to the wheelway if you want to ride a great bike path to Petoskey and beyond. Walk across the street and you can hike in a nature preserve. A short walk through the dunes will put you on the lake. It comfortably houses 8 adults, and we cooked most of our dinners at home with a well appointed kitchen and gas grill. Definitely a place I would visit again!

Wonderful Getaway

Staying here was a very positive experience for my family and me. The home was equipped with much more than the bare essentials. The home had a full kitchen with everything you needed to make meals, beach equipment and toys, and plenty of games/books/movies for the kids. The location of the home is within an hour(ish) of top attractions like Traverse City, Mackinac Island, Petoskey, and more. The host was quick to respond and made check-in very simple. Would highly recommend.

We had a great time staying at your property. It was ideal with the separated bedrooms and bathrooms, made it easy to stay there with 7 adults. The house is really nicely equipped with everything you need. Would come again, since this is really a nice area in general.
