This completely remodeled stone cottage is right across the street from Lake Charlevoix. Washington Street Beach is less than a mile and a boat ramp is right there. The Landing restaurant is across the street. 3.5 miles from Castle Farms and just a 10 minute drive to Charlevoix and East Jordan. We have two stand-up paddle boards, and there are boat and bike rentals nearby. It's a great place for a vacation during any season.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

We had a fantastic ( 4 ) nights in this home. We are from southern Mi. This is the perfect rental home. Location is great for all that Charlevoix and the surrounding area has to offer! Very clean, organized perfectly, all of the amenities you may need are furnished. Rent this home!!
