Nice clean hotel overall. Would recommend if needing to stay in the area. Only complaints were that the room didn’t appear to have been vacuumed before we arrived as there was still small pieces of trash on the floor. I can also only assume the TV in our room had the same remote as a nearby room. It would turn on randomly and in the middle of the night even began going through streaming options. We ended up unplugging it after that. The beds and the rest of the room were clean. No heavy smells either. It simply smelled fresh which I appreciated. The check in staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in took awhile but that was due to the group in front of us want to change rooms a few different times. Despite that the staff didn’t appear to be stressed and was pleasant the entire time.

Comfortable stay in small town environment

This RRI has friendly staff at a well-maintained facility in a small-town location. Unfortunately, the pool was closed, but all basic services were excellent. I plan to stay there again when I return to the Greater Louisville area.

The included breakfast is very minimal, but beyond that everything was very good. The staff was very kind and helpful, from front desk to cleaning. This property was very quiet, our room (and bathroom) was large and clean.

Fresh and clean

This hotel has been remodeled recently. Fresh pain. All new fixtures in bathroom. New tub and shower. New toilet. Even a bathroom vent fan! New carpet. Fresh clean beds. Room A/C working well. Microwave and mini fridge in rooms. Breakfast isn’t much to talk about, but good for a hot bagel and coffee. Front desk staff very pleasant and helpful. I was hesitant about Red Roof Inn, but no cause for concern on this one. Very nice area too.

Staff went above & beyond for us. Louisville was booked or very sketchy areas only available. We drove to the outside of town for safety & clean. Only concern was being approached by many construction workers staying at hotel too. Staff were very supportive & walked us to our room to ensure we felt comfortable. Very grateful for a safe, clean, & kind staff for one night stay.

This Red Roof Inn is far, FAR nicer than any I have stayed in before! It is in a beautiful part of Indiana near the Ohio River and handy to Louisville Kentucky. Bright white towels, extremely clean room, modern appointments. Be aware there is no elevator to the second floor. Hot waffles for breakfast, but a short drive to the Copper Kettle for eggs. Hats off to the staff for such an excellent hotel.
