Birthday/Grad Celebration

Great location, and the property was as described online. The only thing that didn’t work properly was the outdoor fireplace, the igniter didn’t seem to work - so maybe something to check. Otherwise it was a great property!!!! Highly recommend.

Visit to Charleston

Great location. The street is a bit run down and not very clean. We saw both a live and a dead rat one evening. We had A LOT of noise on Friday night that the "noise cancelling" machines didn't cover. Otherwise, it was very comfortable.

This place is very cute and clean, plenty of comfy seating and decorated beautifully. The driveway is tight but that was told in the description so we already knew. Great location too!

Fantastic space!

The house was very clean and a great location! Easy walk to King St and shopping. Quiet neighborhood (there was some construction but it stopped right at 5 every day). Backyard space is bigger than the pictures indicate. Easy check in and check out process and the hosts were very responsive.

Cute home in Charleston

Good location, easy to get to Kings Street. It was nice for each of us to have our own bedroom with a private bath. We had everything we needed. The only complaint is the bedroom closest to the street gets road noise at night. But a sound machine is provided to help.

Great location and Wonderful Stay

This property had all the space we needed for three couples to gather for a family birthday. The outside area was wonderful, there was a lot of beautiful outside light in the living area due to a large window and perfectly positioned mirrors, and the location is walking distance from King St. very well maintained and had all that we needed. When we experienced one minor issue, we had quick and supportive responsiveness from management. Overall this was a wonderful stay!

Property location was a convenient walk to King St. The onsite parking was tight but an added bonus. The property was awesome and had everything we needed! The property management was very accommodating and would highly recommend.

Great location and accommodations

This was a great accommodation for three young adults on a girls trip! The location was great and easily walkable to King St and other restaurants in the area. Unfortunately we couldn’t utilize the outdoor patio because of the cold and rain. My only complaint is that one of the beds advertised as a king was really two mattresses/beds pushed together but this wasn’t much of an issue for one person. Overall, recommend!

Great place for a family

Location and cleanliness were great. Easy communication but we didn’t need for anything. Thank you! Also, we fit a 7 passenger Chevrolet Traverse in the parking space. We just let our passengers out and then the driver squeezed out.

All around 5 star experience

My 2 friends and I are real estate agents so we're highly particular when it comes to homes and this one got 5 stars from all of us. They did a smart and beautiful job of rehabbing the home in a way that was both stylish and practical. We LOVED that each of us had our own en suite bathrooms and the shared space was perfect for spending time together. The location was amazing–so convenient to everything we needed for the week. The responsiveness of the hosts was outstanding–quick and accommodating. I would recommend this house and any other CVP properties to anyone visiting Charleston!

Little gem

Very nice house with lovely linens and towels. Well appointed kitchen. Bedrooms were a little small but the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were very nice. Our only small complaint was that the overhead fan remotes did not work. Lovely bagel shop very close.

Clean, comfortable and spacious enough for 5. House was well equipped, and property manager was easily accessible for some small needs we had. The only one thing I would add is a small rubber mat in the bathtub to make it less slippery. Thank you

Stay cut short

This property was great, but due to potential flooding on the street we only stayed here one night. Unfortunately, tropical storm Debby hit during our stay. This property is located on a street that historically floods during tropical storms and hurricanes so the property company moved us to a different property, but the second property wasn’t as nice.

We loved staying in the heart of Charleston’s shopping and dining district! The location can’t be beat! And the well-outfitted kitchennette and cute & comfortable (albeit small) living room met our needs perfectly for this trip with our young adult kids!

Cozy Charleston Cottage
