Villa 'Margarita's 2' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Margarita’s Villa II is one of five autonomous villas set on the 10,000-square-meter grounds of the Margarita’s Villa complex, surrounded by olive groves with views of the mountains and sea. Each villa is designed to ensure complete privacy from the others.



Margarita’s Villa II is ideally located between the center of Chania and Agia Marina, close to several sandy beaches. The villa covers 170 m² and is spread over three levels, accommodating up to six guests.



First Floor



Upon entering the villa on the first floor, you will find a spacious open-plan area with the living room and kitchen. The air-conditioned living room features a large sofa, a 40” satellite HDTV, a fireplace, and an office area, and provides access to the pool area and terrace, which is furnished with outdoor furniture and offers stunning mountain and sea views. The fully equipped kitchen, with high-quality fixtures and appliances, is bright and includes a dining area. Two balcony doors provide access, one leading directly to the pool area.



Second Floor



The second floor has two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms featuring showers. One bedroom offers a king-size bed (1.70 x 2.00 m) and a private balcony with mountain views. The second bedroom has two single beds (1.00 x 2.00 m) that can be joined to form a double bed (2.00 x 2.00 m). This room also features a ceiling fan and a private balcony with mountain and sea views.



Ground Floor



The ground floor features a spacious bedroom with two single beds (1.00 x 2.00 m) that can be joined, as well as a sofa bed suitable for two additional guests. The bedroom includes its own kitchenette with cupboards, a sink, and a mini refrigerator, as well as an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Additionally, it is equipped with a TV and a ceiling fan.
