The pictures are a little deceiving. The apartment is not as big as we expected. Also, there are no supplies at all, such as oil, sugar, spices etc. The furniture is very uncomfortable and the decor is minimal. The view is great as promised. Communication was very good.

We had a wonderful stay at this nicely appointed property and would return again. The sound of the sea was wonderful and calming and whilst the road is busy, as the bedrooms are at the back of the property, there are no issues with noisy traffic. It's unusual to stay somewhere with an excellent shower, however the drainage in the bathroom does need rectifying. The communication with the host/travel agent was excellent. Bus numbers 21 and 15 get you into the old town, which is beautiful. Would recommend this property and visiting Charnia. Thank you

Bravo Sonia Apartments

Having stayed here previously we knew exactly what to expect, and again Sonia apartments lived up to our expectations. One small detail; an ironing board would have made ironing shirts easier but must say the iron is fabulous (I wish I had the same one at home). Housekeeper again, super friendly, informative and a pleasure. Would highly recommend.apartments to anyone.

Crete seaside

Spent the first week of our Crete holiday at Sonja 1 suite. It was a spotless accommodation with well equipped kitchen, great view from the kitchen table, comfortable beds and spa-like shower. The heavy door locking system and quality windows, plus shutters, gave a comforting sense of security in an already safe feeling neighbourhood. The frequent maid-service visits were helpful and we felt pampered. The beach across the street was ideal for swimming. The grocery store, a block away, carried everything necessary for meals in-suite. An option of three restaurants to the west, was all we needed for our one week stay. Nesaki was excellent and we returned several afternoons to try various things on the menu, Bus stop was just about one block away to ride to Chania Old Port area, which was a great place to explore. We thoroughly enjoyed our Sonja 1 stay and appreciated the check-out flexibility the last day of our reservation.

Nahezu perfekter Urlaub

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieteragentur lief ausgezeichnet, bei dem von der Agentur geliehenen Mietwagen zeigten sie sich unglaublich flexibel. Großes Lob!!! Die Wohnung liegt perfekt zum Strand und für einen Ausflug nach Chania; lediglich die Hauptstraße vor der Terrasse ist laut, aber auch unterhaltsam. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern schläft man aber ruhig. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut bis sehr gut (Betten und Möbel top). Der Pool wurde nicht gereinigt. Der Blick vom Esstisch- unbezahlbar! Trotz Hauptstraße ein wunderschöner Urlaub!!!

Strandnära fint boende

Stora utrymmen, fräscha rum, bra fungerande dusch mm. Nära till stranden, bara tvärs över gatan. Bra solmöjligheter även på den egna tomten. Nära till två välsorterade supermarkets, nära till busshållplatser. Promenadavstånd till åtminstone en mycket bra restaurang. Sammanfattningsvis ett mycket bra boende.

Die whohnung liegt sehr gut. Zwischen der Wohnung in dem Strand ist nur eine Straße (diese ist allerdings sehr befahren und daher schon laut).

Close to the beach ;-)

The appartment was clean and had everything we needed. Only small downside is the street in front which can be a bit noisy. The appartment itself is great. We also enjoyed the pool in the backyard.
