Is a new 120 m^2 House with sea view .Our area is calm,near to Ag.Apostoloi and Chrisi akti beach,that is 5 minutes walk away.Restaurants,cafe,supermarkets are 1 minute walk from our property.A bus station is close to the house and a private free parking area is included also.The house provide 3 bedrooms ,2 bathrooms,full equipment kitchen,washing maschine(clothes-dishes).Is ideal for families,friends,couples.
