The beach front was nice. The property is very safe for kids. However, if I compare to 5-star experience, it comes up short on room amenities, cleanliness, service consistency, food etc. I think it is more of a 4-star property than the advertised 5- star.
Nice divided room. Couldn't lock sliding glass door even with maintenance help.
Everything was wonderful. Nicest friendliest staff we ever met. Even though we had no children with us, the love for kids was shown through the day everywhere. A lot of adult and children events. Pools were fabulous and music great.

The hotel is too loud - Too many kids running all over the place. If you don't have kids this is not a place for you. The room a/c was not blowing cold air so it was not comfortable inside. The food was plenty-full and I give it a B- as far as quality. The girls in the front were very nice and polite:)
The hotel is a great all inclusive family hotel. The hotel description on Orbitz is pretty much dead on. Nice pool, right on the beach and the food was pretty good. The rooms were clean and modern. There is a mini market in the hotel to buy drinks pool/beach toys and floats and other things. I did not really have to come out the pocket with any hidden cost. All in all I would recommend this hotel and I will most likely visit again.
