The apartment belongs to Villa Rosa complex which is a residential complex located at Stavros Akrotiri in Chania. It consists of 5 apartments. Each apartment has two levels. On the first level you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a seating area and a dining area. On the second level are the bedrooms and the bathroom.
Each room has its own balcony.
At the entrance of the complex there is a swimming pool which also has a children's section with umbrellas, sun loungers and very green.
Behind the complex there is a large courtyard with bbq, traditional oven, dining tables and several trees. In the same place there is a small church of the Virgin Mary.
Private parking is available.

Nos vacances à stavros beach ⛱️💋

Eleni et son mari sont des personnes d'une très grande gentillesse. l'appartement est idéalement situé et il est très bien equipé. l’extérieur avec ses terrasses et sa piscine est tres agreable. le logement est a proximité des plages et des superettes mais aussi de l'arrêt de bus pour la ville de Chania. les proprietaires passent quotidiennement pour s'assurer que le sejour se passe bien, c'est le luxe. Nous avons ; mon mari et moi ; séjourné ici pendant une semaine avec notre bébé de 2ans. Pour les autres parents ici on trouve des jouets, une balançoire, chaise haute bref des équipements qui font plaisir. je recommande volontier cette adresse. Un grand merci Eleni et Manolis

Nice holiday in Stravos

The property is located very close to one of the most enjoyable beach of Crete, the house is fully equipped with all the necessary for an enjoyable vacation. Unterkunft mit Pool und in Strandnähe

Eleni und ihr Mann Manolis sind sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und liebenswerte Gastgeber. Der Pool ist sauber und groß genug, der Strand ist zu Fuß schnell erreicht. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist einfach, aber funktional. Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert. Schöner gemauerter Grillplatz mit großer Tafel an der man sich auch gut mit Freunden treffen kann. Und die schönste Katze Griechenlands (eine arabische Mau) lässt sich auch öfter blicken und von lieben Menschen streicheln.
