Ranias luxurious Apartment with sea view! 90sqm

Our apartment is located directly on the sea and at the same time you can reach the old Venetian port of Chania after 5 minutes on foot. It is right on the edge of the old town, has a great view of the sea, the old town and the white mountains! It is located on the third floor (top floor) of a multi-family house, is 90 square meters, and is suitable both for a family as well as for individual travelers, as it is equipped with all the important things you would need on vacation. There is enough space, a large kitchen, a comfortable living and dining room and a spacious bathroom.
Right in front of the house there is enough free parking, but a car is not necessary, as you can reach all viewpoints, cafes, restaurants and museums on foot!
The "Koum Kapi" beach is only 50 meters away, while the "Villa Koundouros" with no park are right in front of the house and some of the best fish tavernas in Chania are only 5 minutes away.
To drink a coffee in the morning on our balcony will certainly be an unforgettable experience!
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.

Merveilleux à tous les égards

D'abord les propriétaires sont très accueillants, chaleureux. Ils nous donnent le sentiment que nous arrivons chez des amis formidables. Cordiale, courtois, de bonnes intentions afin que nous soyons bien à tous points de vue. Les chambres confortables, l'aire ouverte spacieuse, le balcon terrasse vue magnifique sur la mer d'Égée, salle de bain, la luminosité, l'insonorisation...cet appartement en plus d'être bien situé, je vous le recommande à 100%. Christos le propriétaire est formidable. Jamais nous oublierons notre séjour à Chania, Crête. Si un jour je retourne en Crête, je retournerai à cet appartement. Un endroit magnifique, où l’on pose ses valises avec plaisir.

Une famille incroyable qui fait tout pour que votre séjour soit parfait. Un appartement tout confort ou rien ne manque avec sa vue mer en cadeau. La famille est pleine de petites attentions, je les recommande sans hésitation.
