"Perfect set up. The bunk rooms are in the attached “boathouse”. Boys loved having “their own house”. Fire pit is on a cement patio, which was very nice. Gas grill was great. Huge back porch, two docks to fish and overall very nice house in a great neighborhood only 5 min from the grocery store. Loft stairs are steep so watch your step. Huge grassy area to play and very friendly people in the community. "

"I picked this house because of the dock and it didn’t disappoint. We got to enjoy the sun and fish on the large area. We caught as many turtles as fish but the smooth as glass water was perfect for kayaking. It is secluded and the only neighbor we saw was very nice. Bring outdoor towels, hand towels, and laundry soap as there are none of those items at the house. We had an awesome time celebrating my son’s birthday at this cute home. It’s an older home but has been remodeled. The listing is accurate and we would stay again. "
