Very nice and clean apartment.
The apartment is well located, within walking distance to the Les Grands Montets gondola,in the village Argentieres. Note that this is a few stops up from downtown Chamonix, a bit removed from the hustle and excitement. The Grand Roc offers nice amenities to the more subdued enclave. Apartment sleeps 6 comfortably with a small den and kitchen area. 1 1/2 baths with the shower/tub upstairs. Deck/patio overlooking the parking lot, but with a scenic view of the valley.

The photos were deceptive and we certainly believed the apartment was much larger than it was
It was very cramped and compact for four adults. Fortunately we only slept and had breakfast there. Nevertheless it was spotlessly clean, had ample dining and cookware and good quality bedding and towels. It was also a good base for exploring the area around Chamonix and we were able to make excellent use of the special passes available. As previously stated we were disappointed in the size of the apartment and the overall appearance of the apartment block.
Although wi-fi was supposedly available we were unable to obtain it despite several attempts. We were advised that this was often the case. I would therefore suggest not to advertise this as a service

A great flat, close to the lifts. Good service from Happy Holiday Homes, who were to quick to fix a couple of minor issues (broken light bulb, no Wifi).
