## Logement
Located on the 2nd floor with elevator access, the apartment includes:

a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed;

a bathroom with shower and WC;

a fully equipped kitchen;

a living area with an additional sofa bed, perfect for unwinding after a day outdoors.

Enjoy a beautiful open view of Mont Blanc from the balcony. A garden and a parking space are also available.

For your convenience, you’ll have access to: Nespresso machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, fan, barbecue, iron, refrigerator, etc.
The TV works only via an Internet connection (hotspot required). Please note: there is no Wi-Fi in the apartment.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The location is one of the apartment’s main advantages:

“La Rosière” bus stop just 10 minutes away on foot;

Chamonix town center reachable in 10 minutes on foot;

For your daily needs, the “Spar Alpina Chamonix” supermarket is 19 minutes away on foot.

## Emplacement
Famous ski resort, Chamonix, is renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix, is much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic and lively town center and many activities are offered in winter and summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, a magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other touristic places are also very popular: the Aiguille du Midi, starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to a unique experience at 3800m of altitude, or the Montenvers Railway, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a 7.5 km long valley of glaciers. Spectacular landscapes are to be discovered throughout the year.
