Apartment Royale is a stylish two-bedroom apartment located in the historic Majestic building in the centre of Chamonix. Just 200m from the Brévent ski lift and 200m from the town centre, the location makes it easy to enjoy skiing, restaurants, and shops without needing a car.



Built in 1913 as luxury tourist accommodation, the Majestic is known for its high ceilings, wide corridors, and airy, spacious apartments, creating a unique historic atmosphere in the heart of town.



THE SPACE

The apartment features a large open-plan living area that makes the most of the Majestic’s grand proportions. The space includes a comfortable sofa (sofa bed), dining table for six, and a TV corner with a large screen.



High double French windows open onto a small balcony with views towards the surrounding mountains.

Great Location! Well equipped! Easily walkable to Le Brevent gondola, and only minutes from the town bus to access the other ski areas! Beautiful views of Le Brevent from the family room and bedroom! Quick walk to the delicious restaurants and shops of Chamonix!

Chamonix Ski Trip

The apartment was exactly as described and we were very comfortable there. It is in a perfect location to walk to restaurants, shops, and the ski bus and includes parking. We had a little difficulty finding the building when we arrived because we were looking for the street address and could not find a street sign. Follow the signs for Congres Le Majestic and you will have no problems. Merci bien!

We had a good stay at this apartment, it is well presented and comfortable, good bathrooms and facilities, The building is quite iconic in Chamonix and has a lot of charm. The property manager was very helpful and responded really quickly to any queries. The parking was a real bonus. As everything is walkable .

Very nice stay

Very nice, properly equipped apartment in great location. Communication with management was at times not efficiency. Picking up and dropping of keys in the office is not convenient, especially if you do not have a car. It would have been very nice if there was an assigned parking space. Usually finding a space was not a problem but on the weekend it was a struggle.
