L'OLIVO is a prestigious four-room apartment of 120 square meters with a splendid view of the surrounding hills. It is composed, on two floors, of a double bedroom (queen size bed), a twin bedroom, open kitchen, large living room with sofa bed, 2 bathrooms with shower, small laundry room and spacious covered veranda outside. Recently built, it is an apartment facing north and therefore it is very shady and allows for greater privacy; it also has an independent entrance, private parking, barbecue and exclusive garden. Animals are admitted.
It is located in the open countryside, just 3 km from the main services and 8 km from Certaldo, on a splendid panoramic hill, in a quiet and very peaceful area; it is very bright and furnished in a rustic Tuscan style, with terracotta and exposed beams. From the apartment you can also access a large swimming pool and other shared outdoor spaces, such as the hydromassage mini-pool, the fitness area, the large pergola to share with friends, the children's play area.
