The room is outdated, the phone didn’t work when we try to call the receptionist because they didn’t put soap or shampoo, also they charge for parking.

We have staied 3 times befor and this last experience was not the same since the staff was very rude and the room totaly unconfurtanle.
Sad experience because we love to stay and recomend Hacienda Los Picachos.

One of the most beautiful hotels and experiences I have ever seen! It truly is a sanctuary in an authentic Hacienda style setting. I wish this was my home!
