Central Mississippi Vacation Packages

Generally clean, but there was something sticky on the carpet. There was a lot of noise in the hall after 10:30 p.m. Not sure if it was guests or not.

The room was decent. The bed was comfortable.

The property condition was fine. We were in town for a soccer tournament, so we were all very hot, sweaty, and tired when getting to our room. However, there was no hot water. We called the front desk MULTIPLE times. We were never given an explanation, or even a timeframe for how long it would take to fix. Turns out many rooms on our floor didn’t have hot water, so it may have been the entire hotel. The lady at the front desk was very short with us, and hung up on us as we were speaking, then just flat out stopped answering the phone. So, we all had to go to bed smelly and covered in nastiness, just to wake up early and head back out to more hot soccer games. Eventually, the hot water came back the following day, but the hotel didn’t address it, nor apologize for the inconvenience. Aside from the lack of hot showers, the breakfast was lacking. It was hardly restocked, and the garbage in the trash can was overflowing. Overall, the weekend was kind of blah, and the hotel wasn’t very relaxing or comfortable to come back to.
