A friendly and perfect atmosphere in one of their most beautiful Room’s. Sea view Look at Thessaloniki over the water Great breakfast buffet Friendly people at the desk, in the breakfast room and room services. A great place to be during my business Tripp. Very good starting point for trips to Halkidiki, Thessaloniki and other places And, astonishing good beds. Fro me they get 10 well deserved points!!

Exceptional facilities Very clean room Fantastic first-row view from the balcony They offered us a baby cot for free. We had a very short stay with 4 months baby, but it was fantastic and refreshing. Definitely recommended.

Went for a long weekend with my brother and although the weather was not too good we really enjoyed our stay here. All staff were great, we really enjoyed talking to Marina on reception, she was very helpful and always so happy and smiley! Also the barman who was always happy to chat and told us loads of useful information about the area etc. Room was really nice with the sea right outside, and breakfast was great with plenty of choice. Even though it was February and cold, windy and raining, all the restaurants nearby were open all day so we sat near a burner or open fire eating and drinking! Perfect! Even had live music most nights! Would definitely visit this hotel again, and next time bring the whole family! :)

2 week stay as 2 adults and 2 kids. Having visited Greece every year for the past 17 years (staying in different hotels all over Greece) what stands out most about this hotel is its amazing staff and service. The GM is clearly doing something right keeping employees engaged, focused and happy. Every single staff member from front desk to maintenance to cleaning to bar and restaurant was so friendly and accommodating. No jaded and sour (or bored and lazy) service staff here like you get in so many other properties serving swarms of tourists. There is something in this property's secret sauce that keeps the entire staff positive and a delight to be around. Many more established, more prestigious and well known hotels in Athens, Santorini and Mykonos could take a leaf out of this hotel's employee engagement book. Other notes and tips: we stayed in rooms 401 and 402 over our stay. Both have unbeatable views and are beautiful rooms. 401 has a bigger/better bathroom with a bathtub (if you're like me - middle aged women needing time in the bathroom with her hair and face creams 😀). 402 is a much bigger suite with 2 separate rooms (was necessary for us only because husband needed a quiet room to work in by himself in the afternoons). It also has a kitchenette and spa on the balcony. Breakfast is fantastic with a huge high quality selection and excellent service. And when they found out we were the weirdos who preferred skim milk over fat they made sure it was available every morning. A special note needs to be made about the hotel's restaurant out the front - Sirocco. It is BY FAR the best restaurant on the entire boulevard and probably in all of Perea but for some reason isn't really a destination for people nor is it advertised anywhere....in fact you won't find it on TripAdvisor (don't know why). It rarely had many customers...I think because people don't even realize it's a restaurant. Try their taramasolata (THE BEST EVER and different from anywhere else) and their octopus and rocket salad is far better than anyone else in the neighborhood. Some of the previous negative comments from others I think are from people who were expecting more of a Greek island getaway experience and nothing to do with the hotel itself. If you come realizing that you get the best of both worlds in Perea - a major city on your doorstep and all that has to offer....combined with a beach and stunningly gorgeous sunsets...then I think one would arrive with better expectations in mind about the area. There are definitely better beaches in Greece than Perea...but you're going to have to leave being so close to a beautiful major city to get it.

This hotell was One of the best we have stayed in! The service were top notch! The Hotel is place on the Beach and have Free sun beds! You can easly go to the city of Thessaloniki, in 20-25 minutes with a taxi. Perfekt for a Beach vaccay!

Super mega friendly stuff!!! Very good service. Room clean and nice even with back yard view. Serves very nice cuisine. Strongly recommend! The only bad thing happened to us the woman taxi driver, which was very disgusting with behavior and the way of talking to us. Smoking inside the car without asking if we don't mind. As my wife is not smoking we was chocked. She charged an extra cost for luggage service but I self put hand bags to the car and out of the car. She was driving Skoda and had a lot of tattoos. Be careful to avoid cheating and bad experience.

the location is perfect.few steps from the sandy beach and the sea. it just doesn't get any better. as for the service, it is impeccable. the concierges are the best i have ever encountered in the world. They upgraded us from economy double room with back yard view to a family room with partial sea view. Food is fantastic, typical Greek food, very tasty. Stuff is friendly and helpful. The room sizes were also very generous. two thumbs up! Definitely we will stay there again soon

I and 3 friends enjoyed a week stay at the hotel in September. Pros: Smooth check in Welcome drink on arrival Clean, modern and nice room (twin room for 2 people sharing) Beach right in front of the hotel with sun loungers, umbrellas and towels all provided Good breakfast each morning with plenty of options The hotel in situated on a strip with plenty of restrants and bars My only con is that the hot water in the morning was slightly luke warm Overall I would recommend

The hotel is in a great lokation, the people who work there were very friendly, the food was great and the the room was clean! The restaurants near by were great and very close! It was a great experience and definately Will be back!

Spent 2 nights in this hotel. The rooms are well furnished and the beds are really comfortable! It's in front of the beach and has a nice beach bar. The choice of food was great. Overall - great for a short stay.
