I only stayed one night at this hotel but that is because I had to shift from another hotel which I found to be bad...Daios is a heaven compared to my other one (see my other review). Upon arrival, the attention to detail during check in is unsurpassed. The staffs personally took me to my room and explained everything to me. The location is good, central with lots of excellent restaurants around. The room is clean, very comfortable and the best part, all the mini-bar is free! (I had to pay $5 euros for a coke lite in my other hotel) The air con worked beautifully and throughout the stay, is as offered snacks, a bottle fo wine etc etc. What wonderful service. The hotel staffs took note of my flight the next morning and when I came down at 0500 am, a taxi is already waiting for me without even me asking for it! Such attention to detail! Bravo. I will definitely come back here again if I am back in Thessaloníki. Well done!

Excellent location in a neighborhood that feels a bit like NY's SoHo but on the sea in the Greece. Terrific service, nice restaurant, free mini bar and delicious breakfast. Not the most cosmopolitan city, but this hotel raises the bar--especially for the price. I would highly recommend.

Set on the road that hugs the water and close to everything, this place is well located. It's a modern hotel, very clean, professional and stunning. A great place to relax, you can walk along the water all the way around to Lefkos Pirgos...or if you need to work, you can sit in the cafe like I'm doing and work with a beautiful view!

We stayed in the hotel in a street view superior room. The room is very large full of lights and you got all space you need. Bathroom is amazing with seperate area for the toilets shower and bath. Balcony is realy big but sitting above the street is not that exciting. As we arrived we noticed there is no place in the closet to put folded shirts, underwear etc...we called the front desk and in about 20 Min. they brougt a chest with drawers to our satisfaction. This what I call Service Breakfast was very good in a quite and elegant atmosphere. Maybe a slightly renovation is needed ( room floor, elevator...) in order to keep the 5 stars rating. Maybe the hotel

If you're looking in a quiet place close to the sea....close to the center city....close to pubs and restaurants, this is the right place. Comfortable and clean rooms....workable wifi....and amazing breakfast. Restaurant inside....not me. I suggest this hotel!

Firstly I had to change my dates once booked my short break got shorter by 48 hours. And there was no problem to change length of my stay with the reservation team although per nightly rate went up by €50 per night. The check in was quick and myself and my son was pleased with how the reservation manager showed us all the amenities. The room was clean and a free mini bar was a nice touch. The view from the room was immense. The location of the hotel was A1 we could walk to some amazing bars and restaurants. The breakfast was nice and there was a large selection of items to choose from. Staff were friendly and helped us to get taxis. Overall the stay was nice relaxed and very enjoyable.

I stayed in a Superior room with a balcony overlooking the street behind the hotel. The room is very comfortable, with a deluxe king bed, high quality bed linens, an excellent shower, very quiet, immaculately clean, good bathroom lighting, and has plenty of space to store clothes and toiletries. Every amenity has been thought of including a lighted closet, an ample safe, an ultra quiet AC system, and a coffee and tea bar which is well stocked. The turn down service offers a special sweet treat at the end of the day. The restaurant in the hotel is excellent with a slightly modern twist on many traditional Greek dishes. It has an superior wine selection. The decor is sophisticated but soothing, and the staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The location on the sea front in the center of the city is the perfect place to stay when visiting Thessaloniki. Highly recommended.

I have to be fair to the hotel given the fact that: - they are in a very good location - they are clean - service oriented - amazing staff - newly renovated hotel However I must admit that the mattresses and the pillows in the room have not been the best ones. I have stayed twice in the hotel, the first time for four days and now for a week but I doubt that I will stay there again. Cause the mattresses were really hard and we couldn’t sleep. Maybe the hotel could offer options in the future, however overall is a very good hotel highly recommended. GD

I have traveled all over the world for nearly a quarter century, and this place is the best hotel I have ever visited. Boy, did we love it. . . . My +/- review (heavy on the pluses!): Plus ----- * Location/View - We were upgraded upon arrival to a fifth floor suite with a wraparound patio facing the Aegean. Could not have been more perfect. * Room Quality - The suite featured a tastefully decorated living room, bedroom, and bathroom, each with a ton of natural light and sliding door access to the patio. Comfortable bed and lots of closet space. The bathroom included a Jacuzzi and shower. Was also very, very quiet, even with the location on one of the city's busiest streets. * Breakfast - A HUGE spread with every fresh option you could imagine, including many foods that even a gluten-free vegetarian diabetic like me could eat. Gained a couple of pounds during my two days there. . . . * Service - The front desk met all of our needs, including parking our rental car upon arrival. * Side Benefits - These included wine/fruit upon arrival and a free minibar. Small stuff, but pleasantly noted. Minus -------- * Price - We paid ~$400/night for our suite. This really isn't a negative, as you get what you pay for, and we got a ton. Was well worth it!

Good located hotel with an excellent breakfast selection. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was equipped with a complimentary minibar which we liked. The bed was very comfortable and spacious. Unfortunately the view in our room was a bit disappointing (only backside and other rooms, no city view) The room wasn’t getting much daylight too and for the price I expected a bit better view.
