This charming house enjoys a sunny, elevated position with fantastic views over the village and the striking Engadin mountains. Within just a ten-minute walk, you'll reach the full range of village amenities as well as the Marguns cable car, which takes you directly into the hiking and skiing area. The sunniest cross-country ski trails in the Engadin, including a ski school, are only twelve minutes away on foot.

The spacious six-room holiday home offers a bright living room with a fireplace and direct access to a sunny terrace, a separate dining room, and a modern, well-equipped kitchen. At the entrance, you'll find a convenient cloakroom and a guest WC. The upper floor features a master bedroom with a double bed, a triple bedroom, a double bedroom, and a single room. For your comfort, there is one bathroom with a bathtub and shower, along with two additional shower rooms.
