It was well located and in good conditions. breakfas wes good. the only thingvis difficult to find the entrance of the parking Also the gym opens only from 6 am to 10 am. I wanted to workout yesterday qdter doing my checki in and it was closed. but overall all was good

The place is very clean and nice overall. However, the gym has been a consistent issue. This is my third time staying here, and each time there have been several things not working—like the treadmill, the TV, and the clock. During my first visit, the gym was closed entirely. It’s disappointing, especially since the rest of the hotel is great.

La habitación que me.asignaron primero tuve que bajar por toallas porque al.marcar a recepción el teléfono no servía)y al salir nos percatamos que la puerta no cerraba, lo reporté y mandaron a alguien que tendría que desarmar la.chapa y no me.dieron opciones, solicité nos cambiaran de habitación y nos asignaron #610 y fue peor, la ventana no cerraba , había un bicho en la ventana,no tuvimos agua caliente en la regadera ( bajé a reportarlo y me.dijeron que lo checarian) se inundaba la bañera ( está tapado el.drenaje) al entregar la habitación le comenté nuevamente a la.chica de recepción que tampoco mi familia tuvo agua caliente y con una sonrisa irónica me dijo: no sabría porque yo ya lo reporté. En fin tanto el.personal de recepción y 4l estaro de las habitaciones fué pésimo
