The flat was comfortable and clean, the bed is cumfy. The location is terrific, 1 minute to the sea front and the shops, bars and restaurant. It is on the first floor; the stairs are steep! There was plenty of hot water and the wifi worked well. The only natural light into the property is through the balcony, there are no other windows except for a remarkable window in the shower. With the host's help we were able to find free car parking, the flat is about 5 to 10 minutes walk. Tourist tax is paid separately, we have yet to receive a receipt promised by the host but we retained a photo of our payment so hopefully that will be OK.

The only negative aspect about this property is the fact that it's in the ZTL area. You can not drive there. You'll need to leave your car somewhere away and walk there. However, besides this, it's a lovely place to stay! It's in the heart of the historic center, near to dozens of restaurants, 4min walking to the Cathedral, 3min from the beach. Perfect place in Cefalu.
