Very clean, quiet. Great lay-out of the room.
I would not rate this hotel as 3 star anymore. Due to time this place is in need of maintenance. The pool was shut down due to no maintenance. There was garbage all around the buildings including dog poop that people did not pick up. The staff was great although we had someone pop in our room every day without waiting for someone to answer the door. In one room there was wax melted on the floor and wall. In the other room there was rusting in the bathroom due to no fans in the bathroom to help with moisture control. Molding on some of the wall edges were missing. The was also has a stack of cardboard supporting one of the legs of the bed.
We really appreciate the extra work they do to keep everything sanitized. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Fast, easy, friendly, professional check in. Complimentary meals were very good with dinner including wine and beer. Good size pool, quiet, pet friendly, very clean and well appointed, up to date room with plenty of work space, great lobby and patio, very family friendly.
