Located just 0.8 miles from DuPont State Forest’s Fawn Lake access area, this private lakefront retreat offers a peaceful escape in the Blue Ridge Mountains, complete with comfortable lodging, private hiking trails, and endless outdoor adventures.

This lakefront property includes 4 rental spaces with a total of 7 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms, a 6-acre private lake, and a smaller stocked trout pond, private hiking trails, Lady Falls, Sassy Goose Pavilion, and lawn games.

--The Lodge--
A spacious three-bedroom home, each with an ensuite bath, offering stunning lake views. It features a full kitchen, a dining room, and a cozy living room with a stone fireplace. A downstairs half-bath adds convenience, while the covered porch provides a perfect spot to relax and take in the beauty of Emerald Lake.

We absolutely loved this property and the owners were the best to work with throughout out time there. I can’t saw enough about the level of communication we got and the beautiful that surrounds this place. We will be back for sure and it was perfect spot to host our family for the wedding.
