***IMPORTANT: Pool is open but not heated. Hot tub currently unavailable. Dock has been rebuilt.** The Old Fenimore Mill condo complex is located at the eastern tip of the main island of the Cedar Keys - called Way Key. This unit has incredible open water views! The town beach/playground and downtown area are an easy walk. The condo complex features plenty of boat/trailer parking, community pool, community hot tub, private beach space, green space with BBQ area, and private fishing dock! Bring your own kayaks and store them on the community's kayak rack- launch right from the complex. Your unit is comfortably furnished and is equipped with cookware, glassware, etc. This unit is pet friendly (up to 2 dogs) with pet fees as follows: Pet fee is $50 per pet per visit, 2 pet maximum.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

Nice little getaway!

It was a very short but memorable visit! Overlooking the gulf, saw some dolphins, and lots of bird watching! Relaxing and very close to downtown (which was closed at the time) but, when it opens back up. Would be coming back!

Great View and Very Clean!

The condo was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The deck overlooking the water faces southeast and provides very nice views. We would definitely stay on the first floor next time, had my mom with us and the stairs were a bit of a challenge. Pelican Realty folks as always responsive and make the stay easy.

Surprisingly comfortable

Our condo was very well maintained, we had full beach view and it was very quiet and tranquil, everyone was pleasant around the area.. small beach area and that’s ok sometimes when you have too much to choose from makes it harder to find just what you’re looking for. The property management was also very helpful and they answered the phone very promptly which was great.. I would definitely rent this condo again in the future.. I recommend to anyone
