Staff was friendly and the breakfast was clutch. Be very careful on the bridge that leads down to the trails after it rains....very slippery. You should go on and off of it sideways if needed.

Pools too cool to swim in and the only available hot tub is up a flight of stairs. Unfortunately even though the hotel is advertised as all inclusive actually three of the four restaurants are closed two nights per week. They describe 4 restaurants on their website but not always accessible.
