As our guests, all the community amenities are at your at your fingertips! The recreation and fitness center will help you stay on track with your goals, or you can hang outdoors and work up a sweat on the tennis, basketball, racquetball, pickleball, or bocce ball courts. Afterward, book a relaxing appointment at the full-service spa complete with sauna, hot tub, and refreshing pool. Speaking of swimming, you’ll find over 30 additional pools sprinkled throughout the club’s common areas. Leave the cooking and cleaning to someone else and make dinner plans at the Mountain View Grille, a special place where you meet friends and family to enjoy delicious food, excellent service, and magnificent views. The Palm Springs International Airport is a short 10-minute ride away from the club’s front gates, making transportation to and from the home a literal breeze.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, dedicated workspace, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a twin-over-queen bunk bed and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo.

• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles. Parking passes are required and will be provided at gate upon arrival.
• Pet friendly! Maximum 1 dog allowed. An additional daily pet fee of $50 (maximum fee of $250) will be required in addition to your final booking costs. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please pick up after your pet!
- Please note, the HOA does not allow oversized vehicles. This includes, but not limited to: Sprinter Vans and RVs.

The location of this home is as appealing as its beautiful design. A 10-minute drive will take you to Downtown Palm Springs with its central shopping district including vintage boutiques,
interior design shops, chic restaurants, and art galleries. The mountains are of course nearby with the popular attraction of the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, plus nature trails for hiking, horseback riding, and biking all around. For day trips into the splendor of the desert beyond, you’ll also be within a desirable range of Joshua Tree National Park and Coachella.
