Apartment La Fenice, Cristina Farm, house in the countryside, outstanding views

Our apartment "La Fenice" is a recently renovated apartment on the top floor of an old barn. In this two-room there is a double bedroom with wrought iron bed, a living area with fitted kitchen, table and sofa that can serve as a third bed (queen size). The apartment has a bathroom with shower and a private terrace with wonderful views over the valley where you can sunbathe or enjoy some 'relaxing on summer evenings.
The house is on a hillside, pool and barbecue available. Free Wifi.
Guests have at their disposal a swimming pool (c. 5 meters for 10) with solarium, barbecue and some games for children and adults (football and table tennis, slide and swing). The terrace with a magnificent view of the valley is equipped for relaxation (armchairs and a tent for the sun).

Fattoria Cristina is situated in Marciano, small and quiet village of Castelnuovo Magra, La Spezia. It is thirty minutes from the ferry or the train to the Cinque Terre, thirty minutes from Versilia, Lerici and Portovenere. Forty minutes from Pisa and Lucca.
Florence and Genoa can be reached in an hour and a half.
The house is in the countryside and enjoys an exceptional panoramic view. Fattoria Cristina is the ideal place for a relaxing vacation surrounded by nature, but not far from the great scenic attractions, historical and cultural.
To reach the house you need to have a private car, we are located about half way from the motorway exits of Sarzana and Carrara (15 km of which 4 km of hilly road).
Restaurants and supermarkets are 6 km away in the town of Castelnuovo Magra and can be reached in 10-15 minutes by car
