Villa Moiacchina - near Como lake and Milan

Villa built in the early 1900s, completely renovated in 2018, complete with all the comforts for a pleasant holiday. Built on two floors it offers, on the ground floor: entrance hall, kitchen, TV room, pantry, dressing room and bathroom, with shower and washing machine. On the first floor: a bedroom with two single beds with a balcony, a double bedroom, a master bedroom suite, a dressing room with furniture, a washbasin with a mirror, and a bathroom with a shower.
The large garden offers a part dedicated to children with outdoor games. We also find a swimming pool with sun beds, umbrellas and a changing room.
You can walk in the large park that runs along a small stream where you can also fish.
The whole property is completely fenced for the safety of your children and animals.
You will have the use of a covered parking space and bicycles for an excursion on the trails.
A transfer service from the airport to our hotel and vice versa is available on request. We also have the opportunity to take you to visit Lake Como, Lake Lecco, Iseo and Garda. Major cities like Milan and Bergamo. (these services are on request and against payment)

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful spacious property which had everything we needed and more. We particularly enjoyed using the pool and huge garden. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We would happily recommend this accommodation and would stay there again.

Sommerurlaub der Extraklasse

Bei Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich von den Eigentümern empfangen. Sie haben uns das ganze Haus gezeigt. Sehr positiv hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit in allen Bereichen. Das haben wir bei Ferienhäusern so noch nie erlebt. Die Ausstattung ist einfach überragend: tolle Möbel, Klimaanlage (in den Schlafzimmern), diverse Vorräte an Keksen, Croissants, Kaffee etc. Der Kühlschrank war gefüllt mit Butter, Milch, Wurst, Käse und Wasser. Sogar Eis lag im Gefrierschrank parrat. In den Badezimmern gab es jeweils einen Föhn, Duschgel und Shampoo, Seifen, Toilettenpapier. Auch das ist nicht üblich für ein Ferienhaus. Der Außenbereich ist riesengroß und sehr gepflegt sowie vollständig umzäunt. Das hat unserem Labrador sehr gefallen. Der Pool sorgte für totale Entspannung. Was man vorab wissen sollte: das Haus ist nah an einer viel befahrenen Straße. Man hört also den Verkehr. Uns hat das nicht gestört aber man sollte es wissen. Außerdem zieht der Bach, der am Grundstück entlang fließt, natürlich Stechmücken an. Man sollte daher Insektenschutz mitnehmen. Die Fenster verfügen aber alle über Fliegengitter, sodass man im Innenbereich von den Mücken verschont bleibt. Insgesamt merkt man, dass die Eigentümer das Ferienhaus mit sehr viel Liebe und Engagement betreiben. Sie waren immer sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und diskret. Wir können das Ferienhaus Villa Moiacchina absolut empfehlen und haben unseren Sommerurlaub für das nächste Jahr dort bereits gebucht. Grazie e il suo pelo

Entspannung pur

Zunächst einmal mega gut für Hunde: so viel Platz zum Herumtoben und Erkunden in einem sicher eingezäunten Garten, zu dem ein Park und ein Fußballplatz gehören. Und wir Menschen konnten uns super entspannen und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Wünsche wurden schnell erfüllt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir kommen gerne wieder 😀

Great Spot for discovering the Como lake region

We had a wonderful week at Villa Moiacchina. Is the perfect place for discovering the region around lake Como and Milano. The Villa has everything you need: a kitchen with all the things you need to cook by yourself, a bath with a whirlpool and a great garden area with pool and whirlpool and a fence all around. Our dogs loved the garden! The weather wasn’t that good end of May 2023 so we couldn’t use the garden and pool so often. But it must be a paradise in sunny and hot weather. Check in was without problem and questions were answered very quick. We and our two dogs really liked Villa Moiacchina. We really recommend a stay there.

Villa mit eigenem Pool

Für Familien mit Hund ist es richtig toll, das gesamte Grundstück ist eingezäunt und sehr groß. Der neue Pool ist sehr schön,alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Eigentümer waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Everything was Perfect....except the Pool was Not Reality on Stabil grounds and the steps to Get in the Pool was Not Safe...on our last day the Pool got Torn under the ground....😮😮😮😮this house is Perfect for family and group of Friends...TOP...about a few Kilometer a lovely Supermarkt with Fresh Food....20 min to lecco...found some Good Restaurants....

Schönes Haus mit großem Garten

Das Objekt ist geräumig und verfügt über alle notwendigen Dinge. Selbst eine kleine Auswahl an Snacks und wichtige Grundnahrungsmittel waren vorhanden. Aber auch zum nächsten Supermarkt ist es nicht weit. Die Vermieter waren äußerst hilfsbereit und standen für Rückfragen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Der Garten ist groß und bietet genügend Möglichkeiten sich zu entspannen oder sportlich zu betätigen. Auch unser Hund hat sich rundum wohl gefühlt. Immer wieder gerne!

Idéal pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis

Maison spacieuse et bien agencée, avec un grand espace extérieur. Très bien équipée à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Le propriétaire met à disposition de quoi prendre les petits déjeuners et grignoter pendant le séjour . Excellent contact avec le propriétaire pour la réservation et quelques demandes spécifiques .
