Originally a 16th-century rectory later transformed into a noble silk producer’s home, it retains its authentic charm. Surrounded by a 4,000 sqm private park, it offers a peaceful oasis—ideal for those seeking privacy and nature.



The villa spans three floors and accommodates up to 14 guests. It features a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, and five double bedrooms each with a private bathroom. Amenities include Wi-Fi with a lake-view smart working area, air conditioning in three bedrooms, TV, washing machine, billiard table, and a crib on request.



Outdoors, guests can unwind in the panoramic private pool, stroll through the manicured garden, or enjoy lake views from two balconies—perfect for breakfast or sunset aperitifs.



Villa Wirnica’s location is a highlight: it combines the allure of Lake Como with the tranquility of Lake Garlate. Just minutes from Lecco and easily accessible from Milan, it’s the ideal base to explore Bellagio and Varenna or enjoy nature, hiking, and water sports.
