Outside, in front of the house and the pool there is a pergola with table, chairs and a kitchen equipped with fridge stove, sink and oven. Barbeque. Close to the pool: relax area under the shade of a pergola with sofas and cushions. Solarium area with sun beds. Outside bathroom with shower and washing machine. Outdoor shower with hot water. Sound system throughout all the pool area. Indoors there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom in an absolutely romantic alcove. Kitchen and living room.
Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, as it is not fibre-optic, will be slower than with urban networks.
The Villa is located about 3kms far from the centre of Castellana Grotte, 5 kms far from Conversano and 15 kms far from Monopoli. 
The late check-in fee is optional. If you choose not to take advantage of it, we will send you instructions to access the property and arrange an appointment to meet you the following day. Alternatively, the cost for check-in between 8:00 PM and midnight is Eur 100.00. . To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €70.00.
