TD Trulli Benedetta w/ Pool in Peaceful Nature

Trulli Benedetta is a lovely complex of Trulli and Lamie, the perfect place for those looking for a quiet holiday, surrounded by the Apulian countryside. Trulli Benedetta is in fact only 5 km from the town of Castellana Grotte, along picturesque streets with dry stone walls and olive trees. The house accommodates a maximum of 5 guests. Through an avenue you can access the private car park, from here a stone square leads to the house, and houses the swimming pool (6x12 meters), the latter equipped with sun loungers, enjoys a view of the property with numerous Mediterranean fruit trees; in addition, this area also has a comfortable outdoor shower, and a service bathroom. The house has a comfortable kitchen equipped with every comfort, closed on three sides by package windows, here you can have lunch and dinner while enjoying the view of the ornamental garden.
From here you enter the house, a corridor leads to the two bedrooms: the first bedroom on the left side is equipped with two single beds, which can be joined if necessary to form a double, the room is very bright thanks to the two French windows from which it is possible to see the garden, and on the way out there is a patio that shades an area with seating. A bathroom with shower serves this room. The second bedroom is double and is located inside the trullo, this also houses a hot tub for maximum relaxation as a couple.
Additional en-suite bathroom but without shower. On request, an ottoman is available for an additional bed, suitable for children or young adults.
The outdoor area is also served by a patio that shades a barbecue and wood oven, immediately in the vicinity leaving the kitchen, to cook typical recipes in maximum conviviality with a view of the pool.
The nearest town is Castellana Grotte, here you can find large supermarkets and pharmacies, but also restaurants offering typical Apulian cuisine and shops for shopping, last but not least, the famous Castellana Caves, a UNESCO heritage site. Not far away are Monopoli, with its historic center on the sea, but also Polignano a mare, Fasano, Ostuni and much more!
Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, not being fiber optic, will be slower than urban networks.

The late check-in fee is optional. If you choose not to use it, we will send you instructions to access the property and we will arrange an appointment to meet you the following day. Alternatively, the cost for check-in between 20:00 and midnight is Eur 100.00.

Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and can be done up to the day before arrival. If this is not done, € 55.00 will be charged (check in fee).

It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of € 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).

To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €89.00.
If the guest fails to dispose of waste upon departure, an additional fee of €200.00 will be charged.
After booking, guests will be asked to register on our website, entering the required information and signing a rental agreement, as required by Italian law.
Guests are kindly asked not to feed stray animals or allow them to enter the house.Any damage to persons or property resulting from failure to comply with this request will be considered the guests’ responsibility.
