'La Magnana' offers the perfect holidays to relax your body and mind while you’ll be strolling in the fantastic National Park of « La Foresta Casentinese » on the Tuscan Apennines. You’ll visit the closest cities : Firenze, Arezzo, Siena and Pisa. Or you’ll allow yourself relax moments in our whirpool and swimming-pool.

In this Tuscan-style house, you’ll have at your disposal 3 bedrooms ; 2 double rooms and one with two bunk beds (for 4 persons), 2 bathrooms, a living-room and a kitchen.

Besides, the house is endowed with all kinds of convenience : TV-LCD, DVD player, satellite radio and television.
In the kitchen : electrical oven, microwave oven and all the necessary to enjoy your stay.


The exterior: Access to the property is through an automatic wrought iron gate which can be opened using the remote control that you will receive with the keys to the house.

The house: The guests’ accommodation comprises two floors: the entrance floor (kitchen, lounge, sitting room, Internet room, and one bathroom with shower), the top floor (three bedrooms and one bathroom with shower/bath).

Perfect location for a stress-free vacation

Had a great time again with our family and the dogs. The house may not be the most modern, but it’s clean and huge, and so is the domain with its large terrace and amazing view. Roberto and Alicia are very helpful and are very respectful for you privacy. The region is perfect for hiking and mountain biking, and the restaurants and shops are not very expensive. So I would truly recommend this place is your into the true Italian rural /nature experience . We will definitely come back.

Great remote escape

Our stay was incredible. A complete remote location with amazing views. Kids liked exploring the outdoor space and playing in the pool. Just note that a car will be necessary and its a good drive into the mountains. Hosts were exceptional, even meeting us in town when we couldn't find the property.

Schöner Urlaub mit kleinen Abstrichen

Sehr schönes Haus in wilder Natur. Die Anfahrt geht über ca. 3 km in Serpentinen hoch. Die Auffahrt zum Haus innerhalb des Grundstücks ist heftig und ihr Auto sollte nicht tiefer gelegt sein… Die Einrichtung ist teilweise sehr schön, manches ist schon etwas abgewohnt ( z.B. die Couch). Die Küche ist ok, aber hat uns nicht zum Kochen animiert. Der Grill war soweit in Ordnung. Fernseher vorhanden, aber kein Empfang. Die Betten sind teilweise etwas weich, die Zudecken - wie in Italien üblich - nur ein Leintuch. Der Pool wurde von uns nicht genutzt, da er nicht beheizt ist und aufgrund der nächtlichen Temperaturen uns zu kühl war. Der Weg dorthin ist steil und mit hohem Gras bewachsen. Der Vermieter Roberto ist sehr freundlich und sympathisch. Der kleine Hund Mandy war sehr aufgeschlossen und lieb. Es gibt auch süße Katzen sowie Hühner, Ziegen und weitere Hunde, die jedoch ausschließlich die Ziegen bewachen. Was man bedenken muss ist, dass es sehr abgelegen ist. Für Wanderungen und kleinere Ausflüge ist die Lage toll. Wenn man nach Florenz will, muss man über die Berge fahren. Eigentlich kein Problem, aber die Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzungen in Italien sind nicht nachvollziehbar. Man darf höchstens 50 km/h fahren, häufig nur 30 km/h. Und Blitzer ohne Ende. Wir waren in San Marino. Es war traumhaft, aber die Fahrt dorthin abenteuerlich und langsam. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in wunderschöner Lage

Wir haben eine Woche bei Roberto verbracht und haben es dort sehr geliebt. Vom Haus aus kann man direkt loswandern. Man kann aber auch gut auf dem Grundstück bleiben und die Aussicht genießen. Die Kinder waren immer beschäftigt. Tischtennis, Hunde, Hühner… wir waren zwei Familien mit insgesamt 5 Kindern von 4-14 Jahren und wir hatten alle ausreichend Platz. Es gibt zwei große Bäder. Pizza backen im Holzofen war ein Highlight. Das Haus liegt sehr abgelegen aber gerade das macht es so schön. Wir haben Ausflüge nach Florenz und Arezzo gemacht. Beide Städte sind empfehlenswert.

Pfingstferien

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in dem schönen und sehr großen Haus „La Magnana“. Es ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und machen fantastischen Ricotta. Unsere Tochter hatte viel Spaß mit den netten Kindern der Vermieter und den Tieren, die dort leben. Wir haben schöne Ausflüge nach Arrezzo, Poppi und Florenz unternommen. Das Anwesen ist aber so groß, dass man auch gut auf der riesigen Terrasse, umgeben von der schönsten Natur, die Füße hochlegen kann, ohne sich gegenseitig auf die Nerven zu gehen. Wir empfehlen dieses Adresse definitiv weiter.

Kleines Familienparadies in der Toskana

Mit fünf Kindern und zwei Erwachsenen fuhren wir in die Berge der Toskana, hoch bis ans Ende der Straße, wo die Sterne leuchteten wie wir sie in Deutschland nie gesehen haben, . Unsere Gastfamilie empfing uns mit selbst gemachten Ziegenkäse und Eiern aus eigener Hühnerhaltung . In der geräumigen, großzügigen zweistöckigen Ferienwohnung fand jeder seinen Platz . Bei zwei Badezimmern gab es auch morgens nie Engpässey Ein Tischkicker und eine Tischtennisplatte boten an den Ruhetagen Freizeitmöglichkeiten für die kinder. Abends schenkte der Kamin eine gemütliche Stimmung und eine Videoanlage bot die Möglichkeit eines Filmabends. Große, lange Tische, im Haus und vor dem Haus schenkten genügend Platz für sieben Personen die Die gut ausgerüstet Küche , aber auch ein Grill und sogar ein Steinofen, an dem wir Steinofen Pizza im eigenen Feuer backen konnten, erlaubten kulinarische Abenteuer. Gelegen, in der östlichen Toskana erlaubte der Bauernhof Ausflugsfahrten nach Florenz, Siena und Pisa, und dort sogar ans Meer. Die Kinder füttern die Ziegen und die Hühner, suchten zu Ostern Eier in dem sehr weitläufigen Gelände, aber die größte Attraktions,war der kleine Hund Mandy, der uns morgens begrüßte und bis abends die Kinder unterhielt, während die Erwachsenen die herrlich Bergluft, die die fantastische Aussicht oder einfach die Sonne auf der Bank vor dem Haus genießen konnten. Mit den zwei Jungs unserer Gastgeber gab esbeim Fußball spielen gar keine Verständigungsprobleme. 100 m neben dem Bauernhaus gab es eine Möglichkeit einer geführten Reittour über schmale Wege und breit Bäche in den angrenzenden Wald, wo Rehe, Füchse, Wildschweine und nach den Angaben der Gastfamilie auch Wölfe leben. Auf den abendlichen Heimfahrten durch den Wald sind wir tatsächlich auch auf Rehe , Hasen und Füchse gestoßen und sogar einmal auf ein Stachelschwein! Mit einem großen Dank an unsere Gastgeber Familie für diesen wunderbaren Urlaub. Ophelia und die ganze Familie

Soggiorno per ultimo dell'anno

Il nostro soggiorno è stato davvero un'esperienza bellissima. Siamo stati 5 giorni in piena tranquillità e serenità. La casa offre l'opportunità di ammirare ed esplorare il paesaggio circostante e soprattutto di assaporare i prodotti caseari di Roberto,davvero eccezionali. Sicuramente uno dei punti a favore del luogo è l'ospitalità e la gentilezza di Roberto. Un'oste davvero straordinario. Super consigliatissimo, sicuramente ritorneremo.

Droom locatie

Zeer ruim en proper huis. De locatie is een stuk afgelegen maar op die manier zeer rustig en met een fenomenaal mooi zicht op de beboste bergen. Een groot domein voor onze honden en super leuk met de jacuzzi en het zwembad erbij! De eigenaars die ook op het domein woonden, respecteerden onze privacy maar waren zeer behulpzaam met al onze vragen. Top locatie voor natuur wandelingen en mountainbiken, of gewoon tot rust komen. Een echte aanrader!

Eine wundervolle Hütte in den Bergen

Das Ferienhaus liegt in den Bergen der Toskana. Die Anfahrt ist relativ lang und das Haus ist, gerade zu Anfang, etwas schwer zu finden. Man fährt durch die Berge über viele Serpentinen bis Ganz zum Ende der Straße... "Strata finita", hieß es,als wir nach dem Weg fragten. Ein paar Einkäufe sollte man schon dabei haben. Bei der Ankunft findet man ein schönes, für die Toskana sehr typisches, Bauernhaus vor. Die Ausstattung ist rustikal aber gut. Insbesondere den Pizzaofen haben wir sehr oft und gerne benutzt. Sie Hausbesitzer sind eine sehr nette Familie und leben in einer Zweitwohnung mit im Haus. Wir haben als sehr freundlich, diskret und hilfsbereit wahrgenommen. Sie halten auch mehrere Tiere. Neben der quirligen kleinen Mandy, dem Hofhund, finden sich jede Menge Katzen sowie Hühner auf dem Hof. Auf den Feld unter dem Haus, in einem eingezäunten Bereich, befinden sich außerdem ein paar Schafe, die von einem Hütehund beschützt werden. In der weiteren Umgebung gibt es ein paar schöne Dörfer und Städte, die einen Besuch lohnen. (Poppi, Arezzo etc.)

Ländliche Idylle

Wir haben dort mit 6 Kindern einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Gastgeber, die im gleichen Haus wohnen, halten Hühner, Ziegen, Hunde und Katzen, was unseren Kindern viel Freude gemacht hat. Das Haus liegt etwas abgelegen in den Bergen mit schöner Sicht. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die netten Gastgeber, die im gleichen Haus unterhalb wohnen und mit allem behilflich sind. Auch hervorzuheben ist der Pizzaofen, den wir fast täglich genutzt haben und die besondere Sauberkeit des Hauses, als wir kamen. Wer es ländlich liebt findet hier ein tolles Angebot.

Une magnifique maison dans un cadre de rêve

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux de la part des propriétaires Alicia et Roberto. La maison possède tout le confort nécessaire et est parfaitement adaptée pour des séjours en famille ou en groupe. Loin des grandes villes, de la foule et du bruit, ce lieu offre la possibilité de vacances reposantes, de profiter du calme de la campagne ou de se balader dans ce magnifique paysage, tout en permettant de rayonner vers les grandes villes toscanes ou les petits villages pittoresques tout proches. Autre détail: malgré la canicule de juillet, la maison étant à une certaine altitude, nous n'avons jamais souffert de la chaleur ni des moustiques.

Alles Gut!

Was aus der Beschreibung nicht so ganz hervorgeht: Eigentümer Familie wohnt direkt unterhalb des Objekts und hat Hühner, Ziegen, Hunde und kleine Katzen auf dem Gelände. Wir und unsere Kinder haben es genossen. Die Nähe und Hilfsbereitschaft der Eigentümers gibt in dieser einmaligen Natur eine absolute Sicherheit, was uns mit kleinen Kindern wichtig war. Lange Anfahrt 5 Km über kleine Straße durch die Berge. Beste Grüße aus München
