This charming flat, located on the mezzanine floor of an authentic Tuscan farmhouse, offers a cozy and comfortable stay. Accessible via an external staircase, it features a private entrance and a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, including a cooker with three gas and one electric hob, a dishwasher, coffee machines, toaster, and more. The room also includes a dining table for six, a two-seater sofa bed, satellite TV, and a telephone. Large windows provide a stunning panoramic view of the surrounding countryside. The flat includes two beautifully furnished bedrooms with period furniture. The master bedroom features a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a window with a view of the Casentino valley. The second bedroom offers two single beds, a small table, and a window overlooking the pool and Monte della Verna. The modern bathroom is equipped with a large shower cubicle for added comfort. Located in Poppi, near Arezzo, this farmhouse is surrounded by 12 acres of gardens and woods, ideal for nature walks. The property offers numerous amenities such as a playground, bocce court, ping-pong table, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and barbecue. Guests can also purchase artisan hams and cold cuts produced on the farm. Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.
