Only complaint is the morning and evening front desk doesn't communicate withe eachother at all!!!
IT WAS JUST A WONDERFUL HOTEL AND SO SPACIOUS THE STAFF WERE EXCELLENT AND THERE WAS A WONDERFUL POOL
Desk clerk explained nothing as to room location and how to get there. A large motel which required me to go back to the desk and ask where the hell it was. Method to connect to the internet was not explained, and breakfast was very much lacking in food available. Both in items offered and quantity. The early arrivers got all of the good stuff.
Room smell humidity Maybe is the type of weather The hotel looks old, needs some mayor maintenance
The only reason we booked this hotel was so the kids could swim in the indoor pool. When we arrived and got to our room, we find out the pool and hot tub are closed. The room was not very clean. One of the beds did not have a blanket.
my last two trips to casper I stayed here. good place to stay.
Checked in Friday night. Young man at the desk was friendly. Was very busy, but he was the only person on staff at the front desk. He handled everyone very quickly. Room was fine, clean. Pool area well kept. Breakfast area was wiped out. No cups to drink out of, milk empty, waffle batter empty, fruit bowls in bar empty. When ask a staff person if there was any cups to be had, she said it wasn't her job. Ten minutes later, she came in to put a new milk bag in the dispenser, when ask by a nice looking young man. Had to dodge linens to get out in the morning. They were left in piles on the floor by staff.
Basically it was pretty good. They were full so that might be why we didn't get the room we reserved two months earlier. Ordered a king and got a double queen. One thing I have noticed with all Ramada's is that their shower heads are all at about 5ft 6in high. I am almost six so to rinse my head I have to stoop. I feel sorry for someone the size of Shaq. We did notice a piece of paper in the stairway that was there all week. Not moved or picked up.
Rooms were spacious and clean. Was a little hard tp get to . We came from a different direction--if it wasn't for a nice young man who took us right to it- - we would be still looking for it. All in all it was great Has a pool..
I extended my family trip and had to change hotels so it tried the ramada, the only problem was the card keys which I had to keep recoding but the staff was very friendly and helpful
We failed to book ahead and there wasn't much left in town. Even though a competitor had a cheaper room we decided to go with Ramada because it tends to have nicer rooms. The bed cover was dirty; fine, the rest looked clean. The curtains wouldn't close and you could hear everything in the halls and through the walls to your neighbors, so sleep was not easily had. The bathroom was tidy and the shower was nice. I guess the fact of witnessing an arrest in the front parking lot was what tipped me over the edge of trust. All in all, I'd suggest booking ahead and staying somewhere else.
Over all it was a good experience. I did call down to get a room service menu and all I got was the restaurant menu and told I could go down and order when ever I liked. I was not happy w that.
We pulled in during bad weather. The hotel is right off the interstate. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The tile floors were a nice touch for an older hotel. The heat worked great and the free breakfast was superb. We will definitely stay here again.
It was a quiet stay. The pool was small but warm and clean.
Average at Best. Hotel is old with some updating done. Location is in an area where there isn't alot going on. The two resturants next door have both closed and are vacant. Seems like an area that is past its day. Had to drive to the other end of town where the newer construction and restuarants are to eat/shop. They do have their own resturant in the hotel but I didn't eat there except for the continental breakfast which was average. The decor and over all appearance of the hotel would best be described as 'tired'. I would look for a different hotel in a better area if I were to visit again.
I booked the room in December, specifying that I wanted a non-smoking room. When I checked in they put me in a smoking room. I called to see if they could switch it and was told they could do nothing since I had booked through a 3rd party. The pool was broke for awhile when we were there, and once again "since I booked through a 3rd party," there was no discount or anything they could do for me. Eventually they did find me a non-smoking room, but I wasn't very impressed with their customer service or they fact that they could do nothing for me since I had gone through a 3rd party. Also, the room keys didn't always work right, you had to scan them a few times before the door would open. The hallways smelled terrible. You could hardly stand to walk down the hallway. In the future I will not be using a 3rd party to book rooms simply because the hotels won't work with you or help you out by doing so. Also, I don't plan to ever stay at this hotel again due to the lack of customer service and the gross smell!
every thing was going well that day then we had a 1 hour wait to get our room having to settle for 1 king size bed because our 2 bed room was not available yet
We had a room next to an entrance and stairs and was awakened many time thru the night because of the noise in the hall. Drop ceiling in the bath room was falling down.
The hotel staff, starting with the front desk staff to the people in the restaurant, everyone was friendly and helpful. I was there for a sad occasion but the friendliness of the hotel staff made it a very nice stay. The room was comfy and clean. The hotel shows it's age but everything was very nice. Thanks
The hotel is very nice and easy to find. It is right by the freeway for easy access. It is right by the Platt River. It was quiet and comfortable. There was plenty of parking. The staff was very nice and helpful.
