Worst place ever to stay... 4 star is REALLY minus 1.... Furniture is from back '50s.... We don't have towels in our room, we must ask from reception... Very noisy elevators and thin walls, you can hear everything from the hotel... Etc

Me and my boyfriend stayed at this hotel for 2 nights from 30th of December to 1st of January and also 1 night from 5th to 6th of January. The hotel is nice and convenient with very friendly and helpful staff. The room was comfortable and had all the facitities that we needed (cosmetics, hair dryer, tv, ac). Just the wifi was not strong enough. You can have breakfast for 10 euro per person and it was quite tasty. Location was also fine as we only walked in the city and visited the big mosque that was rather close. It is a nice hotel for few days stay.

If you're planning a short stay in Casablanca, it is well worth the stay. Staff is excellent and extremely helpful and accommodating. Hotel bar is a bit lacking, but the restaurant is clean and the food is very good.

This is the worst hotel we have ever visited. Dirty room and bathroom. Old, tired furniture. Smell of must. When we entered the room, somebody had lied on the bed, after it had been made. Miniscule window. Some repairs had been made probably ten years ago but badly done. We left the next morning. The streets around the hotel were also very dirty. The only good thing is the location – close to the center of Casablanca.

We've booked double bedroom but received two single beds. Had a chat with the reception gentleman who was really nice and he offered us luxury suit at no charge which was really nice. Other than that, nobody could speak any English at all. Also we have had some money stolen from our locked room - reception staff couldn't even call for a police. They were helpless and useless, no one knew what to do, who to call nor could communicate with with us. We have waisted two hours and missed 2 trains to the airport but hotel didn't feel responsible to cover for the taxi. as no one has access to the room it was pretty obvious that the cleaners must have taken the money yet not even an apology was given! Big dissapointment especially for a four star hotel!

Near to the centre, 9 floors high (on the roof beautiful view in the evening) Accomodation, rooms, lounge not luxuary but ok! Two elevators are good. Different types of rooms, good size, Bathroom good equipment. Restaurant and food quality good (buffet) Wifi in rooms weak, in lounge good,TV/phone ok. No safe and no fridge. Over all this is a good hotel without extraordinary decoration

We stayed one night and it was ok, but more than that should not be considered. The rooms are good size, but quite outdated, the view is not nice and cleanliness is average. Wifi was ok in the lobby only. Very central location next to the 2 main squares.

I was not expected about this hotel at all, because I had seen the all review on trip adviser. Yes this hotel has night club. On the first night, it was really really noisy. I think all the noise continued till 3:00 or 4 :00, and once the club was finished, I heard the street noise of people talking, and trying to catch the cab. On the second night, the night club had quieter music, sir did not bother my sleep at all. They have very simple breakfast. Especially they serve vegetables, I liked it. Also, their morrocan soup, Harira, was tasty. Friendly staffs, and room was not dirty. This hotel located 5 mins walk from "place des undies" station. Across the street, we can buy CTM bus ticket. Very convenient to move around.

The front desk was so nice. They even had a guy walk us to a restaurant a few blocks away for authentic food. Rooms clean. Only reason they didn't score 5 was bc room was Hot even when adjusted and not a good view. I would consider staying again.

We stayed one night in this hotel on arrival and departure. We were on a group tour. The room was not large. Furniture was quite old. Bathroom though look clean but still could spot some moulds. Soap, shampoo and towel are provided. No kettle or complimentary drinks. Breakfast spread was ok. There are few convenience stores nearby. A night stay should be ok.
