Rude customer service! They don’t respond to emails and are not able to provide a good customer service during the month of Ramadan. Avoid this terrible hotel. Very unprofessional people. Tried to cancel a room and they did not care about my situation. Very poor customer service
We arrived hotel at around 1320, we understood that still not the time for check in, the women staff named “F.zahra” told us to wait for 20mins. I approached her at 1345 she claimed the room still not yet ready, we are fine to wait becoz we knew that check in time should be 1400. Afterward, she told us the room was ready already and gave us the room key. We opened the room and saw the room was still messy and did not clean up !! We back to the reception and told her the room was not ready. The same staff “F.zahra” shown us a very impolite face and rude attitude, then “throw” us the same room key and said now the room already okay. I asked her : it’s the same one? She said : yes! Same one ! (Of course still with her rude attitude). Of course I knew the room was impossible clean up within 1min, but I still went back and took those pictures. This is the worst hotel experience I ever been. And the staff F.zahra was really made us very angry and disappointed. Her rude attitude and she poor discipline was not suitable to work for a hotel becoz she never knows what is customer service!
Clean and reasonably comfortable budget hotel for one ore two nights at most. Rooms are very small even for a single guest. Opening a large bag is a bit of a problem. The bed was OK. Bathroom small as well. Located not far from Casa-Voyageurs Railway Station - this was the reason I booked it for a one night stay.
Why "yes" 1. Hotel is new and modern 2. Good rooms, big, clean 3. Cheap Why "not" 1. If I pay extra for breakfast I expect to eat. The served scrambled eggs were under cooked and when I asked a boiled egg the staff just say "no possible". During the breakfast ingredients were finished and no refill was made. Fresh vegetables were finished, some of the bread was finished..breakfast bottom line-poor 2. Staff was unpleasant when I complained regarding the breakfast and didn't do any effort to resolve the issue and instead they just went to play the football table at the lobby. 3. Location- the hotel is located 15 min. walk from the market and the center. 4. Poor gym- dark room with only 1 running machine. Bottom line- a new hotel which needs to improve.
Waited one hour to be checked in with no explanation as to why other than the person checking guests was confused or lost or something (there were 2 other guest waiting and equally as confused) while we were waiting we hung out at the bar and ordered a drink which took nearly 20 mins... three servers were confused as to who was to deliver the order. When we were finally checked in we were given a room key that didn’t work turns out the person checking us in wrote down two different room numbers on our key card. Twice we ordered from the bar/restaurant and went to charge for the room, but it wasn’t registered... we were never asked for a credit card when we checked in (we paid by cc ahead of time). Having traveled all over the world, it’s pretty standard to ask for a credit card upon registration for charges, etc... why we weren’t asked I have no idea, but as noted the person checking us in was not all there. Rooms were mediocre and hallway walls all scuffed... Needless to say there are a number of hotels right in the same area to consider staying in. This one isn’t worth the hassle and stupidity of the staff. When in Morocco we normally stay in Riads but did hotel as we were in transit. We won’t make the same mistake again!
I love new hotels. This is one of them. It has basic amenities but it clean and new. And it was a real hotel. Walking distance to train station and market or take the tram which gets you right there for 8 D’s
Hotel is very nice and very closed city center. All stuff are helpful ,room is ok and clean. Very safe area. Breakfast is cheap and rich. İ will choose again this hotel when will come to Morroco. Enjoy
A great place to stay clean staff excellent and very helpful restaurant good and breakfast was excellent rooms are comfortable and clean very modern hotel short cab trips to nearby attraction and other restaurants nearby
This hotel has comfortable , modern bedrooms ideal for a great night's sleep. The buffet breakfast has a wide varity of choices. The pastries are excellent. The lunch menu is very reasonable and the dishes are tasty and well presented. The staff are attentive and helpful. A hotel to return too.
We had a nice room to stay but receptionist when we have a arrived was a bit lost. Maybe she is still new she was a bit "not knowing what she was doing" at first, had to go back to reception area to ask for a wi-fi password. Later wanted to go to Hassan Mosque for a visit so when we asked where can we get a taxi, she pointed to the street. That was a bit of shock, when we had to get a taxi from the street by ourselves and receptionist was not even willing to call one for us. However, next day in the morning the other receptionist guy (sorry don't know his name but he has worked on 22 Mar) was very helpful and attentive and even booked a taxi for us to go to the train station. Breakfast was ok and overall we have enjoyed our stay there.
