Firstly, we have booked a standard double room but we were given a single room. It had just one glass, one cup and one packet of Earl Grey tea. And it was smaller than the room of our friends. We complained but to no avail. They said that, if there are two pillows on the bed, it is a double room. It was supposed to have a view but the window has not been washed for ages, so the view could not be enjoyed. There was very little information in this hotel. They could not provide a map of the city, no information about the hotel either. We had to ask everything, e.g., the checkout time. One would expect a price-list in spa but it is not there so the list of available services and prices one has to extract from a lady with no English. We did not prepay breakfast but chose to have it. Each time they explained to us that we have not paid for it and ask the number of your room several times. You are constantly under suspicion, no matter how many times you ask to charge the room. Breakfast itself is barely acceptable. You have to ask for everything, e.g., if you do not ask for an orange juice, you will not get one. Staff at the reception is more friendly though. The hotel is very old and tired. Smells which are not strong but annoying are everywhere. It is not a 4 star hotel. The location was good, lots of nice restaurants around: we strongly recommend Dar Beida (Moroccan) and Le Rouget de L’isle (French). Taxis are easily available and the staff help you to get one and explain to the driver where to go.
Nice room, but the bathroom was not clean enough. Some traces of something disgusting in the hand basin. The position was ok. We added the breakfast for 70dh each, but don't do it. It' s a relly poor breakfast. Kind staff
It has a great location, street looks a little dark but that's the moroccan way. Staff is great and room exceeded our expectations. They exchange currency at the hotel reception son do not bother in going out and try to find one in Place des Nations Unis that by the way it is a must see touristic spot, there the foreing exchange houses close early.
We stayed here for two nights as part of a group. The hotel is centrally located . Building is fairly new and modern . Decor is good and has pleasant ambiance. Rooms are satisfactory . Now to my title. Only had breakfast here and meals at other palces So I will not be able to comment on the services etc during lunch and Dihher time. . On both days during breakfast time the corwd was fairly large . There was shortage of spoons, forks and salt & pepper shakers. Replanishment of menu items very very tardy . Service terrible. Breakfast also below average . The hotel need to improve things URGENTLY.
Me and my family were traveling in morocco for two weeks and stay in Casablanca for 3 days. The location is great! The staff was amazing ! And the room was big and comfortable. I recommend this place.
Stayed at this hotel in February for a few nights. Generally its a decent hotel for a couple of nights stay. Has all the amenities required for a decent safe stay. Walking distance to the city centre . Just make sure you stay on the higher floors. The rooms just seem nicer or more well maintained.
Good location, spacious and clean rooms. Good breakfast and friendly waitresses. Everything is okay with terribly insolent and well-timed reception staff. They can not say hello, idle wait, buzz in the information they asked me, they paid me re-paid breakfasts - no account, of course
Hassle free stay. Clean, no fuss. Convenient for all attractions - central location with local shops and stores. 5 mins from tram line and 15 mins walk from Casa Port ( main rail station). Friendly staff.
It is pity that we arrived late and left early in the morning. The hotel is good, the service is amazing! Chakib - receptionist upgraded our room to a suit (room 801) absolutely for free. The room is huge! Besides large comfy bed, it has a sofa, 2 arm-chairs, fridge, and spacious bathroom. Breakfast is not included in the room rate but you can have it for 70 dirham (7 euro).
Stayed one night on a group travel. Immediately felt at home with quiet jazz music in the lobby. The restaurant where we had dinner and breakfast, was rather small, but nice and quiet. I could stay here again.
