Casa Bodil

This beautiful holiday villa for up to 10 people is perfectly located near the center of bustling Carvoeiro, yet very quiet. All facilities are within reach, the beach can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. You can also find lots of attractive restaurants and shops in this old fishing town. Renting a car is not necessary if you rent Casa Bodil. This villa with character is set on a spacious plot, including a beautiful garden with a private swimming pool and Mediterranean plants, trees and shrubs.

Accommodation: 8 + 2 people, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
(2 bedrooms with a double bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, 2 extra beds can be placed on request)

Ground floor: Living room with fireplace and stove. Television with game console (xbox), 2 two-seater sofas and 2 separate stools. Vide. The living room is air-conditioned and has access to a separate outside terrace, which is equipped with glass sliding wall.
Separate guest toilet. Modern kitchen with dining table and chairs. The kitchen is high-gloss white and equipped with all necessary equipment, such as a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine (filter + cups), kettle, hand blender, orange press, blender.

Bedroom with a double bed and equipped with air conditioning and access to the pool terrace. Bathroom en-suite with shower, toilet, bidet and sink.

Upstairs: bedroom with double bed and air conditioning. The bedroom has beautiful sea views and overlooks the swimming pool.
There are also 2 more bedrooms on this floor with two single beds and a bathroom which is shared by the upstairs bedrooms. The bathroom has a shower, bidet, toilet and a double sink.

Outside: Wonderful garden with Mediterranean plants and shrubs. Private swimming pool of 9 x 4.5 meters, with a Roman staircase. The garden is completely fenced.

Fabulous Family Holiday

We stayed at Casa Bodil from 6-20 August 2022 and had an amazing two weeks. The villa was even better than we had expected and looked better than the photos- it was stunning. Arrival and access was extremely efficient and everything, inside and out, was spotless. We were a party of 9 (two families), with 4 adults and 5 teenagers (14-19) and there was plenty of space and comfort for everyone. The outside area of the villa made our stay; two large tables, a large comfy U-shaped seating area and a fab pool. We barbecued several evenings because we didn't want to leave the villa. We had friends and other family members staying in the area and were able to invite them to join us outside because it was so spacious. We also had several lovely meals in local restaurants and took trips to Portimao and Ferragudo (Uber/Bolt was cheaper than the bus because we were a large group). We highly recommend Casa Bodil. There was an issue with the aircon in the fourth bedroom but hopefully that has been rectified by now.
