A equipe de funcionários é incrível! Pessoal muito solicito, como sempre! Mas an internet é péssima! Tive sérios problemas com isso, trabalho de home office e fui prejudicada. Fiquei 4 noites e an internet não funcionou por 2 dias, nos outros 2 estava muito muito ruim. O café è excelente. Não volto devido a falta de estrutura quanto a internet.

Péssimo! Custo alto e Mal atendimento

Viajamos ontem, dia 22/06, saída para o dia 23/06. Primeiro, não localizaram a reserva. Segundo, entendiam que não estava paga. Tive que enviar o comprovante de pagamento para eles aceitarem. Terceiro, o serviço demorou tanto na recepção, que atenderam 2 casais enquanto esperávamos a conclusão do check-in que pensei que não teríamos o quarto, uma vez que havia um evento na cidade. Quarto, pagamos uma estadia de 1 dia por mais de R$ 1.700,00, com taxas. Um quarto escuro, ar-condicionado com problemas, frigobar vazio e desligado, banheiro sem nenhum cabide onde pendurar a toalha de mão, tomadas sem funcionar direito. O quarto era pequeno. Um casal, que estava na recepção, pagou R$ 500,00 por um quarto com até hidromassagem. Não sabemos quando foi reservado o outro quarto, mas não nos foi oferecida nenhuma vantagem, apesar do preço exorbitante que pagamos pelo uso do aplicativo. O funcionário insistia que hoje pela manhã, após o café, teríamos que OBRIGATORIAMENTE ir falar com uma funcionária para CONFIRMAR DE NOVO se havíamos pago a diária. Resultado: Voltamos para Recife ontem mesmo. Não preciso passar por tal constrangimento. Se mostrei o RECIBO inclusive do cartão informando o pagamento, nenhum direito o hotel tem de questionar se eu paguei ou não. R$ 1.700,00 por aquele quarto? Não valia nem R$ 500,00. Horrível!

Check- in normal. Funcionários atenciosos. Garagem lotada. Carro ficou em garagem anexa. Apartamento com tv com controle remoto defeituoso e ar condicionado descontrolado. Check-out desastroso. Mesmo tendo pago a diária antecipadamente, funcionária insistiu no pagamento da diária gerando situação de aborrecimento e stress. Além disso incluiram nos extras despesas que não eram de minha responsabilidade, tais como bebidas alcóolicas e tiragostos em comandas que não constava minha assinatura. Atitude suspeita, pois só recuaram da cobrança quando demonstrei publicamente que estava sendo vítima de tentativa de roubo. Como viajante experiente, é lamentável constatar a decadência de um hotel que gozava de um bom conceito na minha avaliação. Espero que essa avaliação chegue até os gestores do hotel, pois credibilidade e confiança é essencial para qualquer empresa.

Great place to stay

The village hotel is an older building but is nice and it staff make you feel so welcome, parking in the evenings is a little full but just handle the keys to the parking attendant and he will make sure your car is safe. Great breakfast, management and front desk staff very helpful, unfortunately no one spoke English at the hotel, but still were very helpful.

Hotel bom com boa estrutura mais muito barulhento,fiquei hospedado por três dias e não tive um bom descanso durante o dia,muito barulho nos corredores tanto dos hóspedes passando quanto das camareiras e dos carros na rodovia.os quartos não possui nenhum acústico,se escuta tudo o que se passa fora.mais enfim quem não se incomoda com o barulho é um bom hotel, piscina ótima e também bom café da manhã. E ainda tive outro problema na saída queriam a todo custo me cobrar novamente afirmando que eu não tinha feito o pagamento ao hotéis.com, depois de muito tempo e ligarem constataram que o pagamento estava confirmado.lamentavel, não sei se voltarei.

Café da manhã excelente. O hotel no contexto geral também, agradável e conservado. Porém tive a infelicidade de ficar num quarto que acredito ser mais antigo, colado com a BR.
