The staff that work at this hotel don't wear face covering in recommended by the CDC. The only time they would but their face mask or covering on is when you ask and they may roll their eyes about it.

I like the price. However, there is no refrigerator or microwave in the room now, which I believe there was before.

Rooms were clean and orderly, but the common areas were in a bit of disarray. Staff were great.

Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham was a terrible experience. Bathroom did not have a vanity or countertop to put any items on. No place to set toiletries.

Nice location. Laundry available was a plus. Breakfast was not what I expected (microwaveable options only & pretty much the same thing daily). After 1-2 days, you get tired of it when you’re staying a full week. We didn’t get our rooms serviced two days in a row even after requesting it specifically. Room phone was not working. It was missing the phone jack. The front desk staff in the evening was going and didn’t have the best customer service. She didn’t bother to come to the front to talk to you until you said you couldn’t hear her.

Most of the tv stations were not working. Bad satellite feed or something. Bath tub squeaked very loudly when standing in shower.

Very nice staff that helped us check in at 2AM but at 9am cleaning people knock and wake you up to clean the room. that was annoying

Very clean but the walls are so thin. I heard the people on either side all 4 nights. The people above us must have weighed a ton. Other than that nice place and the rates are reasonable.

Hotel staff has excellent customer service skills. Hotel isn’t brand new, BUT overall excellent experience. Variety breakfast selection. Convenient location. Cannot thank the staff enough!

This hotel was good for the price, for an overnight stay on the way from Florida to Kentucky. For the price, it was much nicer than I expected.

Great Hotel. Would have rated it at 5 however there was a lot of excessive noise in the lobby and after two calls to the front desk and nothing was done about it. Kept us up all night.

I wasn't sure what to expect considering how inexpensive it was to stay for one night. My room was 95% clean, with the carpet being questionable. The environment was comfortable and quiet. My overall experience was nice. I'd stay there again.
