When we arrived, the outside of the building is very nice and well lit. We were greeted by a friendly face and quick check in for two rooms. Unfortunately, once we entered our rooms, everything went downhill… we immediately noticed 3 live roaches crawling in the walls. There were cigarette marks all over the sheets, ripped carpet throughout the room and the shower was badly stained brown. We had a second room, and it unfortunately also had live roaches crawling in the bathroom. So, within 5-10 minutes we were already leaving this hotel. On the bright side, we were able to find accommodations near by, and Expedia was very helpful in refunding our money. I just cannot recommend this hotel.

They made the pictures look really good in the app. This place is a dump, flat out. As soon as you walk in the smell of weed hits you and musty air. The lady checking us in was super nice and helpful. No complaints on the staff. The room we got was disgusting with sticky stuff on the floors. The tv mount is busted, rust on everything in the bathroom. And mold on the shower head. We left a day early because of how nasty it was.

The breakfast was packaged muffins and a microwave, the coffee was super strong, the flooring in the elevator was horrible, the hallway smelled strong of cigarettes', the carpet in the room had runs in the fabric, the security lock on the door was missing, the shower curtain rod was loose, the wi-fi connection was very slow and the chair was broken. This hotel needs to be remodeled. I will not stay here again. The staff was very helpful.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but this hotel is just old and worn out. It needs to be completely renovated. The carpet was worn and stained, the tv was poor, the refer was loud, and the breakfast was miniscule. Coffee was horrible. One good point that saved it from one star was the hot water was super.
