Room was clean, bed was not very comfortable, breakfast was very minimal.

The room is so small, I felt claustrophobic. Bathroom had hair in corners. Bathtub was dirty, and more hair. The WiFi sucks depending where you stay in the hotel. The man with the beard has excellent guest service. But others I’ve seen have been nothing but rude and nasty. The mirrors behind the bed are kinda weird, but that’s my opinion lol.

Had to change rooms after getting settled into the hotel. A/C barely worked and shower was broken. In the second room (an "upgrade") the A/C was worse. The hotel was very cheaply built and will only get much worse as it ages.

Even though we didn't spend a lot of time on this vacation (5 days), this was the last place we stayed, and after a lot of walking and exploring Kentucky, Tennessee and a little of norther Georgia, this was perfect for us. Very clean, convenient, and a great way to end our vaca!

The biggest problem was parking our truck with a trailer. We checked in late but was greeted by a friendly staff. The next morning in the middle of tornado the staff was pleasant but still busy.

I asked for a late checkout and stayed in the comfortable bed.

Wonderful hotel. When we checked in we got updated on our room to a suite.

The hotel is quite a ways from the interstate. It is a nice, new, comfortable place with a decent breakfast.

We were staying here as this hotel was close to the state park. We had a wedding that we were going to attend. The room was really clean. I would stay here again if I was to travel down to Cartersville. It is close to food places and gas stations.

staff was friendly and very help esp when our door keys kept going blank on us

Microtel hotels has really upgraded since they've partnered with Wyndham Hotels. I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms, the furniture, and the comfort level was outstanding. I only had one minor complaint, the internet speed is very slow. If you're working from your hotel room like I was required to work the internet speed could be a problem. If you need to stream, upload or download data its too slow to work properly. Surfing the internet works ok. You will really enjoy the stay at Microtel Inn Cartersville Georgia. Great price, great stay.

Hotel met my expectations. I am use to microtel having extremely comfortable beds. This location does not. Great place to stay for the price.

Always an awesome experience. Clean rooms. I work nights and the curtains make the room super dark. I stay here every week.

Meet our expectations - stopped on a trip back home from visiting family. Room was small, but very clean and breakfast was good. Overall GREAT experience.

the overall experience was fantastic. clean rooms and friendly staff.

I liked my stay very much. service was great and rooms were clean.

I found the hotel close to the ballfields where we were playing.we were there long enough to get a nights sleep. the room was clean and exactly what was needed for our stay. The provided breakfast was just what we needed to get started for the day. It wasn't home but, it was comfortable and we were glad that we found this place to stay.

For how much I paid I feel I could have stayed at a higher end hotel. It was nice, vut over priced.

This was a last minute choice and a very pleasant surprise. The hotel is fairly new and is well decorated so that you don't notice the smaller rooms. The staff is very nice and helpful. The amenities are something you might expect from a higher priced hotel. The price is unbeatable for what you get! The only negatives would be that it is well outside of the main Cartersville area if you are looking to be downtown for your visit, and I wish even the small single room had a refrigerator. I would definitely stay here again! I can see why one of the review sites has thus as the #2 hotel in Cartersville.

This place way exceeded my expectations. It is new, clean and impressive especially for the price.
