Our first room had a leak under the sink and Sandra at the front office moved us immediately to another room. No arguments, just quickly jumped in and solved the problem. Young lady who did the morning food service was very friendly and kept everything fresh and clean.

No water at check in due to plumbing issue. Shower head is so corroded that we skipped showers. Mini pillows that caused stiff necks and a poor night’s sleep. Creaky elevator that contributed to the overall sketchy experience. Overall- disappointing. Decided to skip breakfast and go elsewhere.

I checked into my room and the associate at the front desk said there were 2 air machines in ny room and she would be up to remove them. I was in my room a few minutes and yes they were there and the room smelled. I changed went past the desk and said they were still there as I walked out the door. I came back late that night I looed to see if someone was at the front desk but no one was there. I went in to my room and they were still there. The room still smelled.

I've stayed in this hotel before and was very disappointed to see its current condition. Parking was very limited, the room itself smelled very strongly of mold, there were chunks of drywall that had fallen from the ceiling onto the floor and had not been vacuumed. I was staying in a handicapped equipped room and the sink had exposed splintered wood on the frame. There was large patches if visible black mold on the walls.
