The property is a beautiful townhouse with an enviable private terrace facing southwest and its communal pool. It is furnished in a contemporary style to a high standard. It is fully air-conditioned and has the benefit of wifi.
There are 3 bedrooms, 1 double with a bathroom, one single with a double bed and another double in the attic that share the other bathroom with shower. The master suite on the first floor has its own terrace overlooking the garden, community pool and golf course.
The living room is spacious and has sliding doors that open onto the back porch. The kitchen is fully equipped and modern.
On the back porch you can eat outside with a large table and seating for up to six people.
The region offers an uninterrupted line of beaches that extend for 120 km from the Guadiana River on the border with Portugal to the Guadalquivir River in the east.
The beach of Nuevo Portil is only a ten minute walk away.
There is a wide selection of bars, restaurants and local shops within walking distance and El Rompido is only five minutes away by car, where you will find much more.
The nearest airports are in Faro, Portugal or Seville, both at an hour and ten minutes by car, so it is necessary to rent a vehicle.
This area has some of the best golf courses in Spain and more than 100 km of beautiful white sand beaches. Very quiet area with abundant nature.
