"¡Bienvenidos! Este asombroso apartamento en el piso 36 ofrece dos habitaciones, aire acondicionado en todos los espacios y, lo mejor de todo, una vista al mar simplemente deslumbrante. Imagina despertar con el sonido de las olas y disfrutar de desayunos en el balcón con una panorámica que quita el aliento. Situado cerca de restaurantes y tiendas locales, es el lugar perfecto para relajarse y crear recuerdos inolvidables. Tu escapada al paraíso te espera."
Es muy importante tener en cuenta los requisitos al momento del registro en el edificio Palmetto en la ciudad de Cartagena para dar cumplimiento con las entidades de control del país que rigen los establecimientos turísticos en Colombia. 1. Si eres extranjero debes mostrar al momento del registro el pasaporte vigente y sello de migracion colombia 2. Si eres extranjero de nacionalidad venezolana debes presentar tu pasaporte vigente o tu permiso de permanencia. 3. Si eres colombiano debes presentar tu cédula de ciudadanía y los menores de edad deben presentar tarjeta de identidad o registro civil. 4. Los menores de edad deben registrarse con sus padres al momento del check in, en caso contrario el adulto encargado del menor deberá traer un permiso autenticado por los padres del menor autorizando a la persona que lo acompaña a registrarse en el edificio palmetto. 5.
