Each bedroom has king size beds and up to 16 people may stay in the house comfortably. The house is conformed of 3 floors and the last floor terrace where you can enjoy your own private pool. The property will be rented entirely to your group. You will be able to enjoy a 5 bedroom colonial house in the heart of the Walled City. Please take into account minors aren't allowed unless accompanied by their parents. Aideth (your personal chef) will be at your service during your stay. If you wish you can hire and additional helper to serve you drinks, shop groceries for you and make coctkails for you for an additional daily cost. When renting this place you will have a maid that will cook and clean for you during your stay. You may also hire a personal assistant to serve you drinks, shop groceries, and help you with anything you need for 50,000 colombian pesos per day. Our goal is to offer the most pleasant stay and with our staff and this beautiful colonial house we will make sure this happens. This colonial house is located in the most vibrant part of the historic center (The San Diego neighborhood), and is close to all the restaurants, bars, cafes, and tourist attractions. Walking around San Diego, a cozy neighborhood located within the Historical Center, makes you feel the unique sensation that you are in a different time period with beautiful historic houses with vibrant colors. It is important to remember that this colorful place used to be the most exclusive of the colonial era, and it has kept this charm through the years. The neighborhood is very safe. You can easily walk around in Old Walled City neighborhood. You will find the best restaurants, bars, and beautiful locations in this neighborhood. The maid is included during your stay but you must provide the groceries for her to cook. We have an optional butler that can shop for groceries for you and serve you drinks and whatever you need for 50,000 pesos per day. If you will be using the cooking services by Aideth please provide enough groceries for her to feed herself too. (And the butler in case his service is taken)
