Clean updated rooms, but lots of questionable people drinking and leaving broken bottles in parking lot. Door didn't seal well and didn't seem to lock securily. Would only recommend in a pinch drive to the next exit.

We stayed a week and housekeeping cleaned our room once. If you are not out of your room very early 9-10 Am it will not be cleaned. We had to go to the front desk and ask for the one cleaning we got. They told us that housekeeping was done for the day, after some lip they cleaned our room. We were in town visiting family which kept us out late so getting up early enoughf to get the room cleaned was a big problem.

We have now stayed here twice while visiting West Georgia U. After not so good experiences at other places, we will now only stay here. We feel welcome, nice breakfast, and a safe environment. We highly recommend!

We just needed a place to stop for the night on our way to Memphis. We couldn't beat the rate for this room. Pleasant and quick check in at a little before 10 p.m. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom. A typical hotel free breakfast. The room could use updating. The carpet is worn and the dresser/armoire door and drawers wouldn't shut. Our room did smell like smoke. Not overpowering, but noticeable. Not enough to cause us to complain. We would stay here again for a stopover. If you are picky, this may not be the right hotel for you. But considering the cost of our room at $73 it was a good stay.

Clean rooms and great rates, right next door to The Mill Music Hall. Spent the night here after seeing the Bellamy Brothers Concert. Our Room was clean, They have a decent Hot breakfast, staff was friendly and professional. We will definitely stay again if we are out there seeing a concert.

I was traveling to Memphis, TN and stopped about 8:00pm without a reservation. Very accommodating and gave me the appropriate rate for the evening. The room was clean and updated with everything to my expectations. The next morning I found the breakfast bar not up to Quality Inn standards but never the less the whole experience was a good value.

When my work carries me to the Bremen Georgia area, I always stay at Quality Inn. It's my home away from home. My job requires that I stay out at least twice a week. I always choose Quality Inn. The staff is always nice and professional. Rooms are up to date and always clean. Great flat screen tvs. I think there HD. Good Breakfast. Free wifi. Quality Inn Bremen is a great place to stay at a great rate.

The pool is not open year round. Breakfast is good. Price is better than the other hotels in town and the guaranteed my large family adjoining rooms. We are always satisfied. Is it the Hilton or Marriott, no but it is clean and affordable. Thanks to the staff and owners for always having a smile and providing good service.

The room was neat and clean, everything worked well and was completely stocked. The bed was extremely comfortable and quiet surroundings made for a good night's sleep. Check in was smooth and efficient and LaToya informed me about services and their desire to satisfy our needs, She also made it a point to make me feel valued by thanking me for being a Choice Rewards member. The breakfast was more than expected, both in selection and quality. The person caring for the breakfast area was attentive to supply and the cleanliness of everything. Check out very efficient and the hotel grounds were being maintained in an excellent manner. We will make it a point to stay when we come to Bremen for a concert next door at the Mill Town Music Hall.

I made reservations at this hotel for 10 rooms to accomodate my cross country team and several parents for the High School State Championship race, which is held at a nearby location. I had made this reservation about 9 months prior to the event because it is very hard to find hotel availability during this big event held in Carrollton. It took the bus about 5 hours to arrive at the hotel. When I went to check in, Michelle at the desk told me they had no rooms available but one King room. I told her that we had reservations for ten rooms and then showed her our confirmation papers. She looked alarmed and then quickly made a phone call to her manager Neal Patel. After speaking with Neal, she got off the phone to tell me that Neal had cancelled our reservations 7 days ago and that he was suppose to have called to tell me. I told Michelle that I never received a phone call and that I have 15 runners and a few parents that need a place to stay. She told me that I should speak with Neal. Michelle began frantically calling nearby hotels to see if there was any availability, while I tried calling Neal. I called him three times and finally left a message. Neal called me back within minutes. I asked Neal why our reservation was cancelled. He told me that they had to cancel all reservations because the hotel was under renovations. I looked around me and knew that he was lying as there was no visible work being done, and other high school teams had already checked in. Neal Patel told me that he had spoken with me a week ago to let me know. I told him that if this were true then I would not be standing in his lobby with 15 of my athletes. The truth was that I had made these reservations so far in advance that I had received a pretty good group rate, but when Neal Patel found that the weekend was busy due to the championship event, he cancelled our reservations to sell at a higher rate. Meanwhile, Michelle had found accommodations for our team at a nearby Motel 6. This was not an equivalent accommodation as all the rooms smelled heavily of smoke, there was no breakfast offered, and the place was a dump. At this point, it was our only option. Imagine chaperoning 15 students on an overnight trip, arriving late in the day, and finding out that the hotel had cancelled our reservations. Nightmare! Shame on Neal Patel for his lack of professionalism, ability to hold a reservation, and failure to communicate. I have told all of my parents on the team to cancel their Choice Hotel memberships. We will not be using them anymore!
